If you're looking for a great way to see the stunning North San Diego coast, this is it. From start to finish, the experience was a perfect 10/10. When we arrived, Joe was warm and welcoming, making check-in and the e-bike operation intro a breeze. Our guide, Arnie, was fantastic. He was super knowledgeable about the local history and pointed out fun and beautiful spots along the way, making the trip informative and engaging. He made sure we were comfortable and safe the entire time. The route was breathtaking! We cruised along the scenic coastal rail trail and enjoyed panoramic ocean views and stops that even we, as San Diego locals, had yet to experience. The bike's electric assist made the hills feel effortless, allowing us to focus entirely on enjoying the scenery. It was the perfect afternoon activity for tourists and locals alike. Exploring at a relaxed pace made for great memories and plenty of photo opportunities. Definitely worth the price! I highly recommend Ride Solana Beach to everyone! Rented a pair of foam boards and wetsuits from progression this morning and got out for about 25…read moreminutes until my girlfriend took a weird fall and dislocated her kneecap. We had to take a truck on the beach to moonshine because she was unable to make the walk to exit Leucadia beach. This was problematic for us because we didn't know how we were gonna be able to return the boards and wetsuits. I called the guy working at the store to work this out and he said it would be no issue at all for me to leave the boards and wetsuits at the top of the stairs and they would take care of the pickup. This was an absolute godsend. They went totally out of their way to help us out when we needed it, and they were very sympathetic and said they hoped that she was ok and they were sorry about what happened. On top of this they didn't charge us anything for the day. And on top of THAT they had the best prices out of all the stores we checked for rentals, very affordable and simple. I just have to say the service at this establishment is absolutely exemplary and the gentleman working the store that day should be commended. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy or rent surfing equipment in Encinitas!

I recently purchased De Soto's Skin Cooler Face Mask and am very happy with the purchase. Who would…read morehave thought that wearing a face mask would be mandated now, but here we are! The Skin Cooler Face Mask is not only functional but comfortable! The material is soft on the skin, yet there are multiple layers to protect you. I also feel more protected by being able to put a filter in the pocket. An N95 mask actually fits in here so would allow you to reuse an old N95 along with this mask. The ability to tie the mask multiple ways also makes it more comfortable to wear and ensure a secure fit. My husband and I both really like this mask since it fits both of our different face sizes comfortably. The mask is machine washable so you can wear it mulitple times. Others have asked where we've purchased our masks from and we really recommend De Soto. Ordering online was very easy and shipping didn't take long. We really are satisfied with our purchase and am glad that we can support a local San Diego business during this time.
