He came with me in case I found what I wanted on the spot, and I could drive off the lot. He stood behind me, playing on his phone, and yet, I was bypassed so the salesman could greet him and shake his hand. That's not a good start. Then, when I was finally acknowledged, he actually chuckled when I stated what I was looking for. When I asked what was so funny, he assured me I'd never find it, and that I was being a little too picky. That wasn't a great middle. He asked me to test drive a vehicle. It was 3 years older, had 40,000 more miles, a broken seat adjustment mechanism, and more scratches and dings than I could count, than what my current vehicle had. Oh, and they were only asking $9,000 more than what I had owed. It was my turn to laugh. It was a ridiculous ending. My husband and I left. We knew the day had been wasted there. The next day I went to UAG. I drove off the lot in under 3 hours with exactly what I was looking for the previous day. Amazing that one guy's "never" was another's sale.

They were able to schedule the work as soon as the next day, and were extremely friendly and easy to work with over the phone. I was texted a reminder prior to my appointment. When I arrived to drop the car off they directed me into their drive-through service area for a valet type drop off - no worrying about finding a spot to leave my car. Amy was friendly and efficient while checking me in, and made sure I didn't need a loaner. The work was begun on time, and they even checked for any other recalls. When they were finished Chuck Mason called and explained all the work that was done. Picking the car up was just as fast and organized. I'm pretty sure they even washed the car. It sure looked cleaner than before. So far the air conditioner they repaired is working well, and I would recommend the service department at CMA Subaru to anyone.

It was quick, they explained everything, they gave me ample time to test drive, and the paper work process was very transparent. I felt very comfortable doing business with them. Two days after driving the car off the lot, the car wouldn't start. I got it towed and found out it had a blown head gasket! I was shocked and very concerned this would end up as one of those nightmare stories about used car dealers. I had bought the car as is, so while I couldn't expect them to do anything I felt like I had been wronged. After explaining the situation to Khaled at Bingo Motors, he assured me that this was not who they are as a company. He then took the car back and dumped $3000 worth of repair into the vehicle to remedy the engine. He didn't charge me an additional dime. I was blown away by their professionalism and integrity! I've had the car now for several weeks and it drives perfect. I would definitely do business with them again.

When I went to pick up my Vehicle I was told all work was completed and I was good to go. I drove home that night with no Problem. I live about 40 miles one way from my job. This is important. Because the next day which was a Friday I went to work at my normal time without issue but when I got back into Winchester where I live that evening... My vehicle started making a loud noise and cut off in the middle of traffic which could have been an accident but luckily there was no accident. When I called the dealership back again the interaction was very pleasant they asked me to have the vehicle towed into the dealership and if I remember correctly they paid for the tow. Now this is where it gets bad. upon them looking into my car they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. I was then asked to pay to have the motor broken down to see where the issue was coming from and I would be reimbursed from the warranty company... I did so as I stated before I had no issues before now. Again there was no loner car for me to borrow and the following day I was asked to bring in receipts of all oil changes I have had done to the car since I had it. I am a creature of habit so I go to the same places most of the time for my maintenance so it wasnt that hard to find the informaition needed. But there was a gap in the middle of the time that i had my car... Meaning these arent exact numbers but i had receipts from 40k mile to 85k mile then there was a gap i then had receipts from 92k to 107k miles. In reality i think it was a 4k gap honestly but just for the sake of this review these are the numbers I had and again THERE WAS NO ISSUE WITH THE CAR IT ONLY WENT IN FOR A RECALL ISSUE. jUST TO EMPHASIZE. I was later then told the car didn't have oil in it and i could have the engine replaced and what I would need to pay to have that done. Now remember they took the motor apart to fix the recall issue and put it back together... but apparently didnt put oil in it when i got it back so i then the next day drove almost 100 miles for the engine to seize on me for there being no oil in the engine... and thats where the left it... told me i can come and pick up my vehicle and i only had so may days before i would be charged a storage fee for it being left there... I havent been back since!!

1 Star I purchased a…read more2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Car-Fi Auto Group on February 7, 2026. My salesperson was Al. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst vehicle purchases I have ever made. Immediately after leaving the dealership and getting onto the interstate to drive home, the check engine light came on. The vehicle also produced a large amount of white smoke from the exhaust for about 30 seconds, which concerned me about the condition of the engine. I contacted the dealership and brought the Jeep back. The owner turned off the check engine light, but the light came back on less than a week later. The underlying problem was clearly not fixed. Less than a month and a half after purchasing the vehicle, the starter failed. Since then, the Jeep has been sitting in a repair shop while I have been fighting with the warranty company over major engine problems. The issues have become so serious that an entire engine replacement is being discussed. As of June 17, 2026, I am still dealing with the aftermath of this purchase. Instead of enjoying the vehicle I paid for, I've spent months dealing with breakdowns, repairs, warranty claims, and the stress of not having a reliable vehicle. I understand that used vehicles can develop problems, but a check engine light coming on immediately after purchase, the vehicle smoking from the exhaust, the light returning after being cleared, and major mechanical failures within weeks of purchase are not what I expected. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage potential buyers to have any vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing from this dealership

At no point during that conversation was it mentioned that the cost would increase significantly, yet there was no problem telling me they found another problem that needed fixed. When I went to pick up my car, I was shocked to find the total was over $1,800. That's a major increase that should have been clearly communicated beforehand. If I had been informed, I could have decided whether to move forward with the repair. Instead, I was put in a position where I had no choice but to pay in order to get my car back. On top of that, after looking up the cost of the parts, it appears they mark them up by at least 40%. Proceed with caution. People don't write bad reviews for absolutely no reason.
