I've been visiting my…read moredaughter at Kent State all weekend and we decided to make the 50 minute drive west to Brunswick, OH to check out Ohio Pie Co. and it was absolutely worth it! They had a good amount of vegan options! I got the Vegan Firebird with a side of vegan ranch and a vegan strawberry sugar cookie. Everything was absolutely phenomenal! So if you ever find yourself in NE Ohio it's definitely worth a stop! The service was fast and friendly! The atmosphere is laid back and fun as the seating is picnic tables! I will absolutely be back!

I ordered a vegan biodome pizza with vegan sausage added to it. The toppings are LOADED!! The crust is sturdy and has a crispy bottom. The sauce is sweet in a very traditional Cleveland style. It was a little pricey, but I was willing to pay it because they make good pizza...usually!! I also ordered a small salad with NO ONION! Because I have an allergy to onions. #1. the order took over 30 minutes! Anyway, we took the pizza home and found that there was NO sausage and NO SAUCE! Unbelievable! Then when I went to eat my salad it smelled like onions! All they did was take the onion off the salad! I couldn't eat the salad and had to throw it out! What a waste of money! We will NEVER order from this establishment in the future!

My fiancé and I saw their post on Facebook about the Pagash pizza and decided to give this place a…read moretry. We got the small Pagash, a Medium Chicago Deep Dish with Meatball and Garlic and Breaded Mushrooms. When I walked in I was greeted very warmly and the lady who grabbed my order for me was extremely sweet!! When we got home we dug into the mushrooms and we both agreed they're some of the best we've ever had!! Not overly greasy and very very flavorful, the ranch really tops it off. The Pagash pizza was AH-MAZING!! We wish we'd gotten a larger one of those. I really enjoyed dipping it in the sour cream it came with my by fiancé doesn't like sour cream. Either way it was a great pizza and we will come back solely for that pizza. As for the deep dish, we were not impressed at all. As someone who was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, this is not Chicago deep dish. I really wanted to trust the reviews that raved about this being the best deep dish outside of Chicago, but it's not. It reminded me of Lou Malnati's and I'm a Giordano's gal through and through. I've had flavorless Lou Malnati's before and while this one wasn't that bad, it was a serious let down for me. It lacked the right amount of cheese to call it deep dish. The cheese it did have was not melty at all and in fact more congealed than anything else which really ruined the experience for us. I couldn't take the garlic we added. I wasn't impressed with the meatball, sauce or crust. Just an absolute let down and now I've got pizza left over that my fiancé won't touch and I'm struggling to convince myself to finish it because I paid for it, but it just doesn't do it for me. I'll stick to getting Giordano's when I visit my family or ordering it frozen and shipped because the deep dish we had tonight is something we will not be getting again. I'm open to trying their other items, but I'd stay away from the deep dish.

I started with a simple mixed greens salad- perfect little salad, nothing unique but it was exactly what I needed. Husband had bone in wings that were perfection- crispy, plump, sauced adequately. Delicious flavor Then our sandwiches came. Y'all u was not prepared for what came next- they used their pizza dough for the sandwiches. They were HUGE! Husband loved his Cap'n Jack- it was a little like the Romanburger. Great grill flavor and meaty goodness. I really enjoyed my Cannon Ball, which is a meatball sub. The dough wasn't too thick and it was so cheesy! Both sandwiches served with fresh homemade chips. We liked the theme and overall atmosphere. They had moved around tables for social distancing and all wearing masks. Service was great and we thought the prices were a good value. I'm so glad I had this place bookmarked, we will be back for sure!
