We were hoping the scratch was an adhesive of sorts. It won't come off with cleaning solution. Be careful with your orders. Now we have to deal with not only explaining this to Lowe's but also switching out the door. Why would they send us a defective product and also the WRONG sized glass door? This puts such a kink in our time and life, These mistakes are costing ME extra money too since the builder had to make framing adjustments and now I will have to pay HIM to switch out the door to a scratch free door.

The dude who is usually behind the paint counter is also super rude for no reason too. Idk if these people hate their lives working minimum wage or what. 10 minutes later asked another employee (Tommy) who was super sweet and couldn't help me with paint but did give me updates about when I might be able to get service. I ended up going to Home Depot for prompt service bc I didn't have another 15 mins to wait but huge shout out to Tommy for trying! Anyways will never go here again. Home Depot is a mile away and is way better staffed. Go there.

Surprisingly staff not very knowledgeable or friendly about gardening and coffee shop expensive…read moremistake. Came in with my mom to get some help with spring plants and gardening tools. Went to the help desk, asked about specific plants. The staff person just pointed and said, "go in there" to the greenhouse. Went there, was told, we just sell houseplants in here, go outside through the automatic doors". Went outside, no one, not one person out there. We walked around for a bit, still no one. Gave up and decided we could find help online and at another nursery. The coffee shop. Great idea, poorly managed. Saw some senior group had taken all but two tables and a couple of chairs for their get together. I found two chairs against the wall for my mom and I, but no tables. Made our order, sandwich and egg bites- they are brought in prepackaged from an outside company. I had to walk back and forth from my chair to the coffee counter to check on our drinks and warmed up sandwiches. After 20 minutes, have one drink and cold sandwiches. Had to go back since they forgot a drink. We ate a few bites of our sandwiches- threw away the rest. No more interest in getting the order right. Also saw one of the staff people counting out cash onto the counter next to the coffee machine. Cash and coin I believe should not be placed on counter space next to food or drink prep?

Meeting Dan made my decision so much easier; I was in fact convinced I will let Vanguard take care of everything right after I have met Dan. It was seriously that easy. To tackle my problem of not being able to choose a paint color, Dan also provides consultation services and choose the paint color as well as confirm the color with you if needed. All I had to do was to set up a date for the job. Prior to the painters' arrival, I didn't even have to move furniture or wipe down the walls clean. Dan and his sidekick did all that, which was very nice of them and super convenient. Vanguard outsources the purchase of paint and paint delivery to another vendor if you do not want to deal with it yourself. In my case, Dan ended up being the painter, although he had a helper, and that was awesome. Dan was totally like a dad figure (though he must be in his early 30's): very experienced, knows what he's talking about, and honest. I asked him for feedback regarding the other rooms in my house that I wanted to paint. He also oversaw the areas where his helper painted, and triple checked all the corners to ensure clean lines. They also cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess. I am one very happy and satisfied customer. I'm planning more bookings to paint the rest of my house. You should also consider Vanguard for your painting needs, definitely!
