Jason was kind, courteous and supremely professional (you know, the type of pro who cleans up after he's done working!). Hope we don't need another repair anytime soon, but if we do, Lions (and Jason) will be the team we turn to.

After getting several quotes, Alpha not only was the most affordable, but they also had the best availability. He has been super responsive throughout the process. Our technician, Julio, arrived promptly, was friendly, and worked extremely efficiently. He quickly identified that our A/C, which was just blowing out air, had a non functional capacitor and contactor. Julio even showed us the faulty parts so we could verify the issue ourselves. On top of that, they back their work with a warranty on both parts and labor. Overall, 5 stars and I would highly recommend Alpha Heating. If you are a Playa Vista resident, ask Jim about their PV discount. It is an added bonus. You cannot go wrong with this team!

Thus, when our 20+ year AC unit went south on us recently, Manny's was the first place I called. After giving a quite reasonable and competitive estimate, I set things up with Cecelia....who arranged to have Andrew and his crew come out several days later. Along with arriving right on time, they worked fast and diligently moving out the the very large and heavy unit that I've used for many years, and then setting up the new one. In this regard, I should also mention, on Manny's advice, we switched from gas to electric...which seems to work far better than our previous unit which relied on gas. In addition, given the fact that our ducts were showing some of the wear and tear of the past 20-years (which included a few puncture holes in them), I arranged to with Manny to have a crew return to replace them. Again, the pricing was competitive and the job was done in less than a day. It's also worth mentioning that along with a very polite and courteous crew, everything in our backyard was left exceptionally clean. In any event, for anyone looking to replace their AC unit or simply in need of some general repair on their AC system, Manny's should be the first place to call. Their expertise, service, and prices can't be beat!
