Although my AC and furnace were from 1989 they were still technically 'working,' but I noticed the heater wouldn't always kick on and the AC would struggle. Marcel was honest and said they were fine for now, but you never know when units that old will finally go. I decided to change them now rather than wait for an emergency. Even though I just got the quote, he had an opening and was able to get the AC installed just two days later! A few days after that, I decided to do the furnace too. This is where they really shined: because of how that 1989 Carrier system was built, they had to do almost double the work to modify the setup they had just done for the AC. There was no pressure, just providing information about the different machines and brands. He also let me know about rebates and tax credits I could get from the state for installing energy efficient machines, which will be alot of help, come tax time. He sent me a bid right away through email that detailed the scope of work. We got a great price on the work that needed to be done. When the workers were installing the unit, they were all very professional, protecting my furniture and floors. This multi-day installation went so smoothly that you couldn't tell day to day that other people had been in the house. They were really good about cleaning up and returning everything to normal, even though they were coming back the next day. We now have air conditioning and it's such a relief.
