So when it was near time to get my hair redone, I called. I texted. I called some more and texted numerous times to get no response. I finally got her on the phone 2 weeks after the first call. At that time she asked that I text my information the date desired and style I wanted to the number I just called only to get no response for 3 days. I will not beg anyone for service. By the time she even texted back my hair was already done by someone else. Inconsistency is not a way to run a business. It is however a way to run out of business. I don't care that you were on Oprah Winfrey show, you cannot treat people like they need you when there are so many more stylists out here trying to make a name for themselves. I don't recommend this place. My experience may be different from yours but this is my experience.
