Must try include the adobo, lengua, chorizo and crispy tripas. Hard pass on the cesos and honestly in the asada too. There are much tastier things to eat. Everything is served on corn tortillas made to order or ask for flour. Grilled chilies and onions are available just ask. You can ask for tacos as they are served or "con todo" or modify as you like. In my opinion none of the salsas they use are spicy they just add flavor. There are several of these restaurants in Vegas with the one on the strip near the encore as the busiest of the four. You can order more than one kind of meat in the line youre in you don't need to line up at each kind. The strip location can suffer from very long lines so don't come hungry if it's a weekend or at night! This is a must have for every trip to Vegas or San Diego for me. It's not the fastest operation given the volume but staff are quick and helpful.

The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. My son ordered tacos with a side of French fries. They offer loaded fries if you're looking for something more indulgent, but he kept it simple with the regular fries and they were still crispy and tasty. The service moved quickly, even with a steady crowd, and the food was worth the stop. If you're on the Strip and happen to catch a shorter line, don't pass up the opportunity. We'd definitely come back!

There's a small kitchen area where the menu is and where you place your order. Cooks are viciously making the orders that others are placing, and you can hear the constant sizzling of hot dogs on their grills. They have bar seating on the other side along with a bunch of tables close by but they were all taken since it was prime dinner time at 7:30pm on The Strip and people were walking all around the area. We decided to eat over at a nearby taco joint in the end. Both of us got their D.U.I. Dog, which has pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a ton of cilantro and chipotle aioli (a mayonnaise kind of sauce). Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas! Also a great hot dog stand with immensely tasty dogs.

The dining room was huge, the tables were spotless, and the seats were actually comfortable enough to sit and relax for a bit. Ordering was a little confusing though. They have multiple kiosks available, but for some reason only one was open for use when we visited. That created a bit of a line and made the ordering process take longer than it probably needed to. After ordering, we waited about 15 minutes for our food. We decided to keep it simple and ordered the Patty Melt with fries. The Patty Melt comes with two beef patties, Monterey Jack cheese, grilled onions, and creamy pepper sauce on toasted Texas toast. Honestly, I really enjoyed it. Everything that was advertised was actually there. The Texas toast was toasted perfectly with a nice buttery crunch on the outside while still being soft inside. It was messy in the way a good patty melt should be. I was convinced I was going to love the spicy ketchup because people talk about it all the time. It ended up being just okay for me. There was a slightly weird aftertaste that I couldn't quite put my finger on. The real star was the honey butter. I can totally see why people are obsessed with it. It was sweet, buttery, and ridiculously good. Dipping the fries into it sounds a little strange, but it worked. It added this rich sweetness that reminded me of sweet buttered corn on the cob. Honestly, I kept thinking about how good it would probably be with chicken tenders.

It's got two floors for seating though the stairs to the second floor was blocked off for the duration of our visit. Being a fast food place, interior is somewhat dull yet there's tons of seating for groups and solo dining. You place your order at one of several kiosks just opposite the front counter where staff call your name once your food is ready. You can order food from either this place or Parry's Pizza which this place seems to share space and probably a kitchen with as I saw staff making both burgers and pizza behind the counter. I got their Monterey melt burger with sweet tea and large fries for a combo meal. Each dine-in tray comes with your food along with two each of regular ketchup and spicy ketchup, which is just ketchup with jalapeno taste. The burger itself was juicy, delectable and a little above standard quality. The melt itself was really good and burger held up all right despite the slippery condiments. Fries were definitely standard; it was a good balance of salty and pairs well with either ketchup. I'm actually surprised how many people there were inside since there's a lot other places to eat around the Las Vegas Strip; it was nearly a full house on just the first floor throughout our stay. I can see why though; their burgers are a hit for it being a fast food place!

MAR Y TIERRA BURRITO - It's still the lightest burrito that provides the most size. I can't say enough good things about the aioli that they use to add flavor profiles to the shredded vegetables used to add body to the burrito. The steak and shrimp used here were good as usual, and the cheese added in is always a welcome surprise. Pescado Taco - The grilled fish taco is one of their better tacos. It's a meaty fish bite, and you get the "signature" slaw + avocado slice. Baja Taco - Most of their tacos are given the sauce + slaw combo along with the protein. I feel that the baja improves in my taco ranking depending on how much fish I get per taco. The batter is amazing and it's really a question if you want to eat fried fish or not. Camaron Taco - Crunchy shrimp, and very good slaw. But I feel that the shrimp is best paired with the steak, thankfully, they have a mar y tierra taco, which I think is the better thing to order. Ambiance: It's one of their bigger branches, so finding a table isn't difficult. Everything else inside the store is stock standard to all the branches I've been to. Service: You order, pay, and they call your name to pick up your food. Straightforward.

The menu is small, simple, but you don't need much if you master what you've got. Ordered the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich (mild) with onion rings, the KFC Bites with mushroom fries, and a side of the French fries. The combos also came with a drink so we grabbed a Diet Coke and a Fanta. We ordered it to go and when our order was ready it was packed with a smile in this adorably insulated recyclable bag which I will definitely be keeping on hand in my car as needed. Even though the drive home was about 15 minutes the food was still hot. I was a little nervous choosing the mild as I'm not huge on spice. I heard one of the gals tell another customer that Classic is like no spice and mild is like a level 2-3. But I'm glad I rolled the dice because it was just right! To be honest this was the best chicken sandwich I have had; the heat was enough to feel a gentle burn but bring out the amazing flavor of the breaded chicken. It had a crisp, similar to tempura coating and inside the chicken was so tender! The spice was balanced nicely by a slaw and a slice of pickled radish all on a soft and fluffy bun. The chicken bites had lot of paprika on them (we actually had to knock some off) but tasted amazing when dipped in the Hencredible sauce. The fries have that tempura texture so they are super crispy, the way my picky son likes it. The onion rings were more of a beer batter texture and tasted amazing as well. The mushroom fries were a surprise; soft like a French fry but saltier and a little chewier, similar to good ole clam strips. All in all we were very impressed and are hoping that even with the influx of rent and pop ups of Korean chicken places lately, they are able to stick around because they really do put the credible in Hencredible.

Hencredible is mostly a to go place as it only has one two top and a few counter seats when dining in. They also post about their cute bags on their social media, which I didn't get on my first visit since I dined in that time. On this last visit, I ordered via their website which is very easy to navigate. They were out of the mushroom fries on my first visit, so I really wanted to try them on this visit. The Husband got the KFC Sandwich ($10) with medium heat. He really enjoyed the cider slaw and Korean radish but wished he got the Hot heat as it wasn't spicy enough for him. The Little Gal got the Loaded Waffle Wreck ($13) because she wanted the shredded jack cheese. However, there was no cheese in sight, and the waffle fries were only okay. Next time, we would probably just do the KFC Bites and fries/mushroom fries instead with the sauce on the side too. The Little Guy got the KFC Bites ($7) and it only came with one sauce. Midway through, he was asking if there was any more sauce and I had to tell him no unfortunately. I got the Mushroom Fries ($5) and it also came with one sauce. I really enjoyed the flavor of it but probably would have liked it even more if I had it fresh. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed it was in a plain brown bag and asked about their special bags and was told they ran out. While in the car and distributing the food, I noticed I had only two sauces - one for the KFC Bites and one for the Mushroom Fries. (I was given two sauces for my KFC Bites during my first visit.) I went back in to ask about the sauces and told them I had received two sauces the other day. He asked what day and I told him on Wednesday and he said they were not supposed to do that. He was very indifferent about the whole situation and didn't offer to sell me another sauce or anything. So, I was a bit bummed with this experience because of the inconsistency with sauce distribution. Because we had four orders and they were piled on top of each other, the dishes on the bottom got a bit steamy and wasn't ideal for something that was recently deep-fried. I really enjoyed my first experience and do attribute that I was dining in, so the items were hot, fresh, and crispy. I would return but would not do to go.
