They also are rare in that that don't charge you an investigation fee, and then say they'll apply to any contracted repair like the majority of their competitors. This is a big differentiator! Once diagnosed, they gave me several options to address my problem. Cheapest was part replacements, and most expensive was system replacement. They shared pros and cons of each so I could make an informed decision based on my situation.
