The chicken lacked the crispy texture it was advertised to have, and the brisket was bland and without flavor. The sandwich was also supposed to come with truffle fries, but instead we were served cold, plain fries. After mentioning it, the solution was to bring us a side of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese and ask us to mix it ourselves. The service was equally disappointing. We asked our server twice for drink refills, but she never brought them. We eventually had to flag down another server just to get our beverages refilled. Overall, this was a frustrating dining experience from start to finish. Between the poor-quality food, unfulfilled promises regarding the bill, and inattentive service, this restaurant fell well below the standard I would expect from a Miami establishment. Then upon delivery the receipt stapled to the bag says "Doner Kebab - Onion - Extra Cabbage" and the food only has onion and cabbage - nothing else. Everything I ordered with "No Onion" checked came with 0 other standard toppings, and only onion. The outcome is, you order it with no modifications to get all the toppings advertised, or you remove one topping and don't add "extra" of anything else and that's all you get. There is no way to get a standard amount of all toppings minus the one you can't eat. The hummus is advertised as coming with pita but both times came with nothing. I thought it was a fluke or mistake which is why I gave them a second chance. The phone number listed is invalid so there is no way to contact them to tell them your order is wrong. I had to throw out both items for me (I can't eat onions). What a waste of money.
