The price was literally so reasonable and the hair color was PERFECT. Since it was my first time dying my hair, I asked for dark brown highlights and a brown caramel balayage so that it looks natural and would lighten up over time. It was the perfect hair color because it added texture to my hair but I never had to worry about "touch-up's" because the balayage was done so well. In my appointment I had stated that I had three colors in my hair and was simply looking for a touch up and to redo my roots. I was not on my phone all day due to being at work and when I get home I see my appointments canceled. Absolutely frustrated I message asking why my appointment was canceled stating how extremely unprofessional it is to cancel someone's hair appointment not even 24 hours before the appointment but all she had to say was that "it was her policy" and it would be a bigger service which no it wouldn't, it's a color touch up, she refused to even see my hair before canceling my appointment a second time when I made it again so keep in mind she didn't even have any clue what she was working with. My hair is a super easy fix everyone told me that and when I got my hair done in Florida they told me it would be about $90 to recolor it which is what you guys charge but then she's telling me it's a bigger service and she can't do it? So now I have to go on vacation with my hair faded and looking like this when I could've looked for other places earlier. I got finished early and asked about coming earlier. She told me Alicia was finishing early and head on over. I was greeting by the sweetest women. She gave me a shampoo and went over my haircut. She wanted to make sure I was happy and gave me many options . After my haircut we decided to go shorter on my angles. She was very patient and very explanatory. She went over styling it and how to blow dry it. My only complaint is she is very pregnant and won't be here for my next haircut :( which I already booked.) I explained kindly the details of what I would like for this next cut, and that I would bring a photo also. She never responded, and instead canceled my appointment without telling me. When I called the salon to ask why I hadn't received an appointment confirmation, they were very short with me about it, and told me that Alicia felt like she wasn't "the right fit." They never apologized for the inconvenience, or even tried to get me with another stylist. Still the only salon for me! Simply amazing! After having my very first hair process done at Ochoa and then coming here, this is the only place I will ever go to. Not to mention the HUGE difference in price. Ochoa quoted me a full highlight to start at $124 and go up from there and said it would definitely be more because of my long hair, well the Finishing Touch starts at $75 for a full highlight and charged me $78 when it was all said and done even with my long hair. I love the color I got done at the Finishing Touch and it's the only salon I will go to from now on, not to mention their great prices! I'm in love with this place and will be returning as much as possible. They do everything there too, hair, nails, tan, waxing, ear candling, manicure pedicure, massage, you name it they do it, a true salon and spa!
