I had scheduled a consultation at Salon K. Lee, and when booking online they gave no details. I…read morebooked my appointment for 11 am, and when I showed up for 11, on the correct date, they weren't even open. The door was locked. I went in and explained that I had booked a consultation for a haircut, and the woman said that the owner handled the haircuts, gave me the owner's business card, and sent me back home. I was extremely confused and frustrated that I drove all the way to Springfield, just to be sent back home. When I arrived home at 11:30, I received a text message from the owner, saying that she does her consultations over the phone, and if that would be alright. I said yes, but she never called me. I texted her again, asking when the consultation would be, and she never responded! It has been a few weeks since then. I had also booked an event style, but cancelled it due to terrible customer service. Very unprofessional.
