His receptionist, Anu, also is a very hard-working person helping me to solve many issues. Another dentist, from another location, asked me $10,000 to solve a problem. Each time I have been the staff have been very friendly and kind. They answer all the questions I have about the process they will be doing on my teeth. The location is in a great spot and the building is very clean and kept proper. The only complaint I would have is that I had to sit for quite awhile in the waiting room before my apointment. Dr Fedoretz was very kind though and made great conversation while I was getting my dental work done. Overall super happy with university dental. I will continue to go here and get my teeth work done

She organized all of my insurance coverage, even calling them to get more information. I thought I had just got her on a good day. Nope! When I went in for my appt she was there and was just as awesome as well as all the wonderful ladies behind the desk. Not to mention they have the newest and coolest massage chair I've ever been in! So that gives them a 5 start just for that! Once all the insurance was cleared up and I went in for my appt it continued to be extremely enjoyable and fun. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure you understands everything. Not only is the doctor so smart and great but Lori my hygenist was equally as amazing. I have bad anxiety about pain and they did absolutely everything I could have asked for to keep the experience as enjoyable as possible. This is absolutely my neq dental office from now on and my husband and I will also be taking out children there because it is just that great!! So happy I found them!

I would definitely recommend both of them. I have a very low tolerance to tooth pain, which makes me very anxious going to the dentist. They assured me that it will be painless (which it was) and explained to me everything that I need to know. Both of them are very straightforward and would answer all my questions without feeling like they are rushing you. Kudos to the everyone at Smiles.

I a sudden problem with a molar and needed a dentist. Dr. Peter Shiu was recommended so I contacted…read morethe office and was able to get in early in the am the next day. He was gentle, thorough and had a very personable nature. He fixed the problem in no time and the bill was much less than I had figured. Two things that struck me- The fact that they could accommodate me the next day was not due to the lack of patients but just because they were nice and got me in early in the morning (it was a very busy place). And 2- since there is no web site, really no marketing at all that I could find, says plenty about word of mouth. There's no fancy tv's in the ceiling or things of that nature, but since I don't watch TV at home, I don't need them at my dentist office. You will see a little 80's Dusty Rose furniture (just to be clear- dusty rose is a colour. Everything is very clean...no dust) but since the dental care is so exceptional, décor be damned. I was pleasantly surprised they were able direct bill my student coverage, which has been a problem at previous places. I made appointments for future services and pleased to have found a dentist that I feel confident in. Edit- Just a small note. On my second visit I saw that the dusty rose has been replaced, or recovered, with an attractive blue that is much easier on the eyes.
