He has always spent a lot of time informing me about procedures including pros and cons. He in fact, dissuade me from an implant on a back molar telling me it would likely fail. It would have been easy for him to try and then charge me thousands for it and then, o well, too bad, so sad. Instead he told me the truth. However, my experience at this clinic was subpar. I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, which led me to rebook and eventually cancel altogether. Im trying to go back to my previous dentist however when I asked your clinic to send my X-rays over, the front staff mentioned they were busy with back-to-school bookings and would try to get to it. However, they still haven't received them. To make matters worse, I overheard a conversation about a patient getting a root canal and the clinic having to send documents to a lawyer while I was waiting.
