After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

I have attempted to go there now three different times and every time, it's a horrible experience or they do not follow through with their timeline. I tried to go again today for a simple oil change while I went to the gym and was told that it would be about an hour. I even called this morning to confirm the timeline. The first time I called, I was put on hold and then finally hung up on. The second time I called, I got through after a couple of minutes and was told just to bring it in whenever. When I walked in, there were no other customers in the building and I was told to wait while they made a phone call. After waiting and dropping off my keys, I made the 15 minute walk to my gym. I was gone for about an hour and 20 minutes and when I returned, my car had not moved. I went inside and the man behind the desk, just turned to his coworker and started talking about my car and my situation as if I wasn't even standing there. Every time I've been there I've been told that multiple employees called out that day and they are short staffed. I understand that these things happen, but this has been my experience every single time I've gone to this location. I definitely will never go back.

Long stories, but within the last few months they told one of my sons his truck's engine was bad and needed to be replaced (it ended up being nothing after a trip to an honest local mechanic), another son was told he had a huge $$$ repair needed (again, totally wrong, mechanic verified), they haven't been able to do emissions in months (broken), and now they told me if i get an oil change, i can't bring my own oil, so my oil change was going to be $96 instead of like $30 or whatever it used to be. Never again. Too many other options.
