She promised me that if I come back to the store she would get me the deal I want , so I decided to go today that is 08/20/2020 but before that I got a call from Jamie the sales person that my case has been given to him and I should see him. Today morning when I reached the store I was met by Jamie ,I must say he is a very warm person and a very good sales person, he is an asset for the organisation if I could give him 10 stars that would be less. Also the GM Mr. Jason is also a wonderful person he gave me the deal I wanted. Overall I would like to thank Mr. Jason, Ms. Kimberly and Jamie for the wonderful experience I had with them. Hope to visit this store after my lease is over after 3 years but I will definitely recommend this store to my friends. Raj Punjabi

I was actively looking to purchase a vehicle and requested a simple, written out-the-door price breakdown via email to ensure the numbers aligned with my budget before taking the time to visit your showroom. My request was handled by a salesperson named Brittany. Brittany refused three separate times to provide these numbers in writing over email, continually insisting that I had to physically come into the dealership just to see the pricing breakdown. As a consumer, I value my time and expect transparency. Hiding basic pricing information behind a requirement to sit at a desk is an outdated, high-pressure tactic that ultimately cost your dealership a sale. I am choosing to take my business to a competitor that is willing to provide upfront, honest pricing in writing. I wanted to make you aware of this directly, as this type of sales behavior severely damages the dealership's reputation and alienates serious buyers. Sincerely, Harry

The team we worked with at Enterprise Car Sales was amazing start to finish. At the Hempstead location we worked with Sonia, Anthony and Herber to help us get the right car for us. We tested out a few cars until we got the perfect one for us. They also were able to work with us to transport a few cars to test that were at their sister Enterprise Car Sales dealerships within the tristate area. Their customer service was exceptional. The manager of the dealership, Melvin, also spoke to us and was very friendly. The one thing that stood out from Enterprise versus other dealerships is the no hidden fees. There was the standard dealership fee and the regular DMV fees. Everything was explained to us clearly and it made the process super easy. If we are to consider to get another used car in the future we will definitely consider returning again.

Special props and many thanks to the Associate who handled my purchase, Tristan. He was very cordial, professional, informative and accommodating. Do not trust their "special orders"--dishonest and dismissive management…read more In mid-June, I placed a special build order for a 2026 Toyota Sienna with a salesman named Jerod. We customized the color, trim, packages, and accessories, and I was told delivery would take up to three months. When the car finally arrived, they got a few things wrong. They got the exterior color wrong, missed the door sill protectors, and lacked the second-row ottoman seats I explicitly requested (substituting a spare tire instead). Instead of owning up to the mistake, Jerod and his manager came up with a few excuses. Jerod claimed there was an East Coast shortage of ottoman seats. I immediately fact-checked this by calling a dealership in Queens, which confirmed they had just received a Sienna with the ottomans that very day. When I told Jerod, he tried to cast doubt on the other dealership by saying did you get a spec sheet of it, maybe it's not real. Then, the manager stepped in and tried to explain that "special orders" don't guarantee you get the features you want. He conflated a custom customer build with standard dealership inventory ordering. Either they completely botched my order, or they never actually placed it. Instead of offering to reorder the vehicle, they tried to pressure me into buying the incorrect car sitting on their lot. The blatant dishonesty felt disrespectful. They assumed I wouldn't do my own research. I ultimately walked away, telling the manager that I cannot buy a car from a team I do not trust. They refunded my deposit and I walked away feeling like I dodged a bullet from not buying a car from this place. Buyer beware: If you order here, demand a certified spec sheet immediately. Better yet, go to a dealership that values honesty over a quick buck. To Jerod and his manager: people will value your honesty even if you make a mistake, please don't become a lemon salesman who does whatever it takes to make a few bucks.

We walked in bracing for the usual dealer games, waiting for that gut-punch moment so many dealerships are famous for -- but it never came. Our salesman was straightforward. No pressure, no hidden fees, no push for an extended warranty, none of those costs quietly baked into the price that they conveniently forget to mention. We test drove it, fell in love, and drove it home that same day. For a kid who worked so hard for this moment, it was everything it should have been. A couple days later we hit a small snag, and my son was genuinely heartbroken. This was his baby, and he'd worked too hard for anything to go wrong. We reached out to the dealership ourselves, and that's when Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram really showed their true colors. Sean, the sales manager, jumped right into action and his communication was flawless throughout. Phil handled everything on the paperwork side seamlessly. My son ended up in a better place than where he started -- and his smile came right back. We cannot tell you what it means to finally find a place you can actually trust. Our son will always buy his cars here. So will we. And anytime we hear someone looking for a car or truck, we're sending them straight to Phil at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram.

I'm from PA, just visiting for the weekend with my wife. We looked at a few cars and I saw one which was what she was looing for. Having a few in the past, we've always like Mercedes Benz. we took the GLA out for a spin on a cloudy but nice winter day. Drove great as expected. So we looked into the purchase and the price was OK. This is where it started. Always check your dealer Add-On prices, fees etc. these were 2,000.00 more. So we purchase the GLA. on we went. On they way home in the dark the car rode well. the next day a storm hit. well the wipers were so bad we couldn't see and had to pull over. I had to order the blades. Another $60.00 dollars. The next day the sun was out, had the car washed. As the dusk came around, the sun hit the windshield and the glass looked like a million diamonds imbedded in it. The glass was so full of stone nicks that when the sun hit it at dusk you could not see, but you didn't realize this until the sun hit it just at the this time. So I took it to the inspection station for PA inspection. They said the window should be changed due to the safety issue. I contacted Auto Gallery and of course, there was nothing they could do or offer. to add on top of that, the right rear tire had a side wall cut that was a fail for PA inspection as well. So. there we were $600.00 for windshield and another $700 plus for tires on a new car we purchased. All 4 needed to be changed because it's all wheel drive (4 Matic). I didn't know when the oil was changed, the tag was unclear, so I had that done also. Fair warning to those stepping on the grounds of this place. My fault for not having the vehicle inspected by another garage prior to purchase. could have saved some aggravation. This would have been a 1 star but, I must add our sales person was very nice and accommodating, sweet girl. Thank you.

When you buy a car with them, they take care of title, license plate, and registration which is very convenient. We found the car we wanted and had it shipped from Florida. They indicated that it would be available for pick up in about a week, but it actually took more like a month to be ready due to emission testing. This was the only real negative with the process. They said they would refund the shipping fees, but we've yet to receive the payment. When we did go to pick up the car, it was a fairly smooth process. They let us test drive it on our own for about an hour. The paperwork took a bit of time, but it was mostly just waiting around for the agent to get all the documents ready and approved. When we were finished, they filled up the tank for us, and we were on our way. Only other complaint was our agent didn't do a good job of explaining how the MaxCare extended warranty worked, so we felt unclear on some of the details.

Shortly before I noticed the problem, I had driven through a puddle on the highway. I did not strike a curb, road debris, a pothole, or anything else. Once the diffuser came loose, part of it contacted the ground and was damaged. Rallye's technician confirmed that the diffuser was damaged and that tabs on the supporting trim piece were broken. Nevertheless, Rallye denied warranty coverage, classifying the problem as "outside influence." What Rallye did not do was identify any impact point, show me evidence that the vehicle had struck something, or explain precisely what the alleged outside influence was. Their conclusion appeared to be based solely on the fact that parts were broken, even though my position from the beginning was that the diffuser detached first and was damaged afterward. I declined to pay Rallye for the repair and took the car to an independent automotive specialist who routinely works on high performance sports cars, exotic cars, and luxury vehicles. He inspected the vehicle, secured the remaining portion of the diffuser at no charge, and ensured that the car was completely safe to drive. I am leaving for vacation and needed to know that the vehicle was secure and safe for the trip. The specialist confirmed that it was. When I return, I intend to take the car back to him for the permanent repair unless Rallye contacts me and agrees to resolve the matter. He estimates that replacing the affected piece, including installation, will cost approximately $350. That estimate makes Rallye's decision even more disappointing. My wife and I purchased two BMWs from Rallye within roughly six months. I purchased my 2026 BMW M2 in November 2025, and my wife purchased an additional BMW in May 2026. Despite that recent business and the possibility of future purchases and service, Rallye was apparently willing to lose our confidence and future business over a repair costing approximately $350 at retail. Unfortunately, this was not my first frustrating experience with Rallye's service department. I purchased additional tire and wheel protection coverage with my vehicle. On a previous occasion, when tire repairs were needed, I was initially told that I would have to pay a deductible despite the additional coverage I had purchased. Thankfully, my salesman, Bert Vargas, intervened on my behalf and helped get that matter resolved. Bert has been an excellent salesman and has consistently been responsive, helpful, and willing to advocate for me. My criticism is not directed at him. In fact, the fact that he had to intervene illustrates the difference between the excellent assistance I received from my salesman and my repeated frustrations with Rallye's service and customer care departments. Before posting this review, I contacted dealership management directly, explained the diffuser situation in detail, and gave them a clear opportunity to respond. I provided a specific deadline simply asking them to acknowledge the matter and tell me how they intended to proceed. That deadline passed without even the courtesy of a response. This is no longer primarily about the cost of the repair. It is about Rallye BMW refusing warranty coverage without identifying any actual impact or outside cause, a recurring lack of satisfactory customer service, and management failing to respond when given a final opportunity to address the problem professionally. BMW calls its vehicles "The Ultimate Driving Machine." Unfortunately, my experience with Rallye BMW's service, warranty decisions, and customer care has not come close to meeting that standard. An "Ultimate Driving Machine" should be able to drive through a puddle on the highway without being damaged. If it cannot, that is precisely what the warranty should cover. Fix it. They refused. Rallye BMW has lost a customer.
