The owner Ashley does an amazing job at creating a warm and inclusive environment where you can get your yoga fix, get your workout on in barre or spin, and have fun and make friends in the process. They have regular community events, teacher trainings, and a stacked class schedule with something for everyone. Teachers are knowledgeable and welcoming - this studio attracts and creates top tier instructors without the bullsh*t. Ashley, Justin, Jenny, Kandi, Anaiz, Mo, Sara... I'd keep going, but I can't list everyone and there literally is not a teacher here I wouldn't recommend. Big plus that the space is beautiful and in a great location near AJ's, good restaurants, and shopping. I work from home, and for almost 5 years I have considered this studio my home away from home. I always leave feeling happy and supported. If you want to do something good for your body and mind, and be part of a high quality low drama community, support local and come here!!
