This review is more for Yelp's program. The hours for this store are incorrect. They're not open on Sunday, Saturday their hours are changed a bit, and during the week they're open until 6. Yelp offers the opportunity to make adjustments, which requires you to identify yourself as the owner or customer. I thought I'd help other consumers, by identifying myself as a customer and adjusting the hours to the correct ones, which I did. I understand Yelp would have to verify them, but over a week later, the incorrect hours are still there. Try to do a good deed, and it turns out to be a complete waste of time. Bottomline - the hours as shown by Yelp, ain't right! read more

They only pour oil into your car, they don't change the oil filter. I didn't realize this until after I left. The guy goes underneath your car, and comes back up, pretending like he did something. But i have an older car, and techs always have to use some elbow grease to get the skip plate off to get to the filter. They were done in ten minutes flat, and Im surprised it took that long, I guess he was pretending when he was looking under the hood, or maybe checking things that don't matter. I asked him to top off my transmission fluid, and he said he would need to check to see if that was included. Then he never mentioned it again. So the high milage "oil change" came to $46 and some change. Very cheap because they don't change the filter. Odd thing is he offered to change my air filter (I declined) but doesn't change the oil filter? You're not getting a deal here. I could've gone to OReillys and bought oil myself and just poured it in there, anybody can do that. read more

Quick and easy with a fair price and they don't try to sell you a bunch of extra stuff.

Came here last week for an oil change. I was informed that my front rotors were bad and need repair ASAP (they were done less than 2 years ago, had less than 30k miles on them). They told me they could do them there for $250. I declined and took the car to my trusted shop - brake inspection determined no problems, about 50% left on them and 80% on the back ones. Nice try on trying to rip me off - you lost my household as customers. read more

I have been here a number of times and on each occasion the experience has been great. The team is friendly and courteous, and helpful. I don't get the feeling they are pulling the wool over my eyes. They even went so far as to show me the issue/problem and offered a very competitive price for the fix, ie: brake issue. I will probably get the work done there and submit another review. As well, the oil changes are quick and efficient. Will go back until they give reason to go elsewhere. read more

I've gone to this place for many years and previously found the staff nice and helpful. Today I went there to get my oil changed. I have major health problems and Covid could be deadly for me, so I wore a face mask and shield. The two young male employees, whom I'd never seen there before, immediately began laughing in my face and asked if I have Covid. I tried to hand them my credit card, mileage written on a piece of paper and the sticker from my last oil change. They wouldn't take them and asked what they were. I explained and one said they needed my vehicle registration. That has never been requested of me at any oil change place, ever, including theirs. I asked, "Since when?" The employee said, "Since now. My scanner's broken." They displayed such hatred toward me for simply wearing a face mask & shield, I thought they'd steal or tear up my registration, so I just drove away. I had to wait a few minutes for traffic to clear so I could exit their parking lot & pull into the road, and the entire time they screamed insults toward my car. I thought they were going to walk up to my car & damage it. It's not like I asked them to wear a mask or did anything other than show up, and I was polite the entire time. I get that people don't like masks but some of us are just trying not to die here and aren't bothering anyone. I saw the two other oil change places within a half mile of them had long lines of cars waiting for oil changes. But their place was completely empty. Gee, wonder why. read more

This is my go-to oil change location. The owner is very nice and they always take good care of me and my vehicle. The price is lower than most other places and I am always out of there in about 10 minutes. read more

Excellent customer service and best prices in the area. Been coming to majic for a year now and can honestly say I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. The guys are honest which is hard to come by at these places and there always open to giving you a better deal. Charged me for a new air filter. Forgot to put a new one in. Went to a different oil change store to figure out why my car was so loud. The guys left everything open, and there was also a cigarette butt where the filter should have been. read more

Didn't have a good experience. Wouldn't recommend ever. When I arrived at this place I was next in line with no one behind me. By the time I came into the garage the employees had let two people go before me because I was asked to switch from one opening to another. They also helped another person exchange his windshield wipers, all in the 40 mins I waited to be served. To top it all off one employee mocked me for using a service because I said "My Dad would do it". read more
