WARNING: Do NOT trust this shop with your phone repairs…read more We brought our iPhone in for a screen replacement on December 19. From the moment we got it back, the phone was freezing, becoming unresponsive, and the display colors were visibly off -- all signs of a faulty repair or defective part. On March 8, we returned after a thick vertical line appeared on the screen. They replaced it again under warranty, but not before implying my son had caused the damage -- which he firmly denies. That second replacement was done around 1:00 PM. By 7:00 PM the same day -- less than 6 hours later -- the screen stopped working entirely. The screen protector was completely intact, ruling out any physical damage on our end. We are now being told they will not fix it and that WE are responsible for the damage. This is completely unacceptable. This is our third visit for what should have been a simple screen replacement. The pattern is clear -- either defective parts are being used, or the installation quality is poor, and rather than taking accountability, they are blaming the customer. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a phone repair to look elsewhere. This shop takes no responsibility for their own work and will leave you worse off than when you came in.

The apple store was going to take my watch for 13 days to replace the battery. I saved money and the batteries work fine. The only issue was that the iphone doesn't recognize the battery as an Apple product but my phone is 4 years old so I really don't care what Apple has to say. I saved $50 on each battery, Great Job Cellular Nation Mississauga.

So I left my phone there for 30min and went back and a different guy told me that they have difficulty opening my phone because my screen is not original, but no problem, please come back in another 15min, when I went back and finished paying , he goes it's all done but by the way , be careful there is a gap between your screen and your phone, so I slide my phone off my case and realized the screen is scratched up and it's damaged, it won't stick to the phone anymore, and he refused to admit that they broke it and tell me it's a cheap screen, that's why it broke . I was in a hurry for work and I left saving my breath arguing with him . Later my friends told me they have never heard of Apple authorized dealer !! My bad to save time . I ended up replacing my screen again and I don't even think the battery performs any better than before .

I first asked by e-mail whether they repaired Apple Watches and I got a response the same day. A couple of days later, I walked into the shop and within a second of looking at the Apple Watch's screen, they realised that the Apple Watch already had a screen protector and that the screen was completely fine, it was just the screen protector that was cracked. They removed the screen protector to reveal the perfectly fine screen. They did this in a minute for free. I am very happy for their fast reply to my question and for saving me a lot of money on an unneeded repair. I recommend ProFix and will go there next time I have an issue with any of my devices.

I decided to visit Pacific Mall to figure out if a store would have these items. I eventually found one. Unfortunately, it has since closed down. Recently, I said farewell to this phone. Time of its death was last Wednesday at 8:25 am. I woke up to staring at a blank screen. I was fully wake! My phone was not. I couldn't power it on. It couldn't be revived by repair technicians. Fortunately, I had successfully paid by tab off and was ready for a new phone. I went with a Google Pixel 2 XL. You would think that I would abandon the brand with my first Pixel phone's motherboard dying. Nope. It's a good phone. I felt the same way when my iPhone 5 phone had a swollen battery. I upgraded to an iPhone 6. Anyway, I got my phone delivered to me. I needed a case and a screen protector. After work last night, I headed to Pacific Mall, parked, and went in through the west entrance. The first store that I found was Supermobile. It had a cute name. I saw a lot of phone cases. I went in. Two women were there. One immediately leaped out from the back room and asked if I needed any help. Yep, I did. She assured me that she had phone cases for my phone model, went back into the room, and came out with a box of cases. Yay! I gravitated towards the purple case. Yep, it's my favourite colour. I had purple nail polish on. It was perfect. I also got a pink case, which I loved. Both felt good in my hands. I got both of them. I also got a glass screen protector. She asked whether I wanted a full screen one. I asked if it would interfere with having a case on. She said no and explained why. I loved how knowledgeable she was. She offered to put the screen protector on, which was nice. My phone was waiting for me at home, so I said that I'd have to do it myself. She was kind to tell me how to put the screen protector on. I have experience doing it, but it was nice that she cared to share that information with me. She carefully put my glass screen protector in a protective envelope, along with my two cases. You get pretty good deals here. I was pleased. I paid using my debit card. I thanked both women and left the store happy. Both cases fit my phone well. I put the screen protector on my phone.
