Similar to Chinese fried rice, it had plenty of wok hei 鑊氣 (wok aroma), which is rare in the US. The beef and chicken were quite tender; however, the shrimp wasn't fully cooked, and you could clearly taste the raw texture inside. Vegetales Salteados: Seasoned exactly like Lomo Saltados, it's even stranger to use it for stir-frying vegetables...
