Deegan put out 30 year roof an about 22 years ago. Our dining room starting leaking in 2023 and…read morethey came out to do repair. It started leaking again recently and called them and they came for estimate. Guy came To fix it and said he couldn't it needed more work than he was prepared to do. He never came back like he said. Numerous calls to the office promise us 3 times the owner would call us and nothing. Had someone else come out to dine out the roof was not installed properly which now has shortened the life of the roof and the leak is being caused because the wrong size nails were used since this was put over our old roof and the nails are coming loose and the water is leaking through the holes. I'm guessing that is why they ghosted us.

My home is basically surrounded by trees. I was requiring gutter cleaning about every other month…read moreso I decided to do something about it. I'd gone online and read numerous horror stories about companies that rip people off on gutter guards but I needed them desperately so I decided to bite the bullet. I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Speaking as someone who is very meticulous with the maintenance of their home, I can recommend them without reservation. Kudos much thanks.
