It seems the New Nordic Cuisine is cycling out a bit snd French Bistronomy is back in vogue in Copenhagen. It is also crazy that a French bistro in Copenhagen is better than a lot of the stuff in France Ive been to. Escargot, white asparagus béarnaise, steak au poivre, foie gras terine, pate en croute, pithivier avec pigeon, crepe suzette, baba au rhum, profiteroles...all excellent. The attention to detail is high and the cooking is insanely on point. Since theyre open almost every day it also seems to be popular with the restaurant industry folks here so i ended up meeting a ton of them.
