We were assured that he would call with a plan on Monday, November 18th. However, no call was received, so we followed up on November 19th. We were told, "The owner is still working on how to fix your problem," despite the fact that we had already been led to believe a plan was in place. After further delays, we finally received a plan on Friday, November 22nd. We attempted to make the first payment on Saturday, November 23rd, but the owner was unable to process the transaction. We were then able to make the payment on Tuesday, November 26th. Another week passed before we received an appointment to remove our unit, and it wasn't until Tuesday, December 3rd that technicians arrived to remove the fireplace. Since then, we have received no updates. When we call for information, we are directed to voicemail and never receive a return call. If you are seeking timely service with proper communication, this is NOT the company to work with. We have over 100 units in our complex, and I will ensure that none of these owners engage with Fireplaces Unlimited.

Theo was the technician the first visit, and Sia did the recent call, both provided top shelf service. I found them to be on time, accurate, very fair price wise and ultimately highly trustworthy, along with being good people. They won't sell you something you don't need, but also won't just band aid a solution. They will recommend what is necessary to do now with an eye down the road as to what will be your best choice long term. In our case, they could have replaced the blower and other parts on the old furnace for about half the price of a new one (which comes with a 10 year warranty), so the decision was easy to replace the entire unit. Expensive now but don't have to worry about again. Cannot recommend these gentleman and this company enough!
