(Sadly, one of our young homeless youth witnessed how the interaction ended. She leaned over and said, "If you were a man, that guy would have never talked to you that way." That call never came. So I called back at 5 PM and was told they were not going back into the office. It was already 5:05 and I was told I would have to wait until Monday. I asked what the overnight charge would be and was told $15.00. I asked if that charge could be waived because I had called earlier that day to settle the payment, and I explained this was for a nonprofit organization doing our best to use local businesses. By Monday morning, somehow that turned into $45 a night for a nonprofit. That part really did not sit right with me. Sadly, one of our young homeless youth witnessed how the interaction ended. They recommended Roswell Tire and Appliance, and I'm so glad they did. They did us a HUGE solid! The owner of the shop, Ron, listened carefully and asked what the car was doing, how it acted, and what was going on in general. I know that when a business owner asks YOU a ton a questions, he is interested in helping you first. I've found this to be rare, Ron managed to do the repair quickly, and the car ran beautifully back to Texas [we did an 11 hour drive last night]. Not only that, but wow, the repair wasn't terribly expensive. We couldn't recommend this place enough. They really did us a solid, and it was so great to have a guy listen to us and hear our complaints about the car before he even got started on it. You don't get service like that very often. Highly recommended, they're awesome.

I originally took my car to another collision center, where it sat for over two months collecting storage fees without the repairs even being started. Frustrated, I called Honest 1 Collision Center. I sent them the estimate, and before my car even arrived, they had already ordered & received the parts and were ready to get to work. Once my car got there, they completed the entire repair in just four days. After waiting over two months at the previous shop, that level of efficiency was incredible. I'm extremely particular about my car because it's custom, and I've done all of the modifications myself. Honest 1 understood that. They kept my car inside the shop, treated it with care, and were professional from start to finish. They even stayed late on the final day to make sure everything was completed so I could pick it up as earlier stated as a possible finish date. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and their customers, but that's exactly what I found at Honest 1 Collision Center. Their workmanship, communication, professionalism, and respect for my vehicle exceeded my expectations. If I ever need collision repairs again, or mechanical work that I'm not willing to do myself, this is the only place I'll use. Highly recommended.
