My husband almost died in a wreck yesterday, but Joel felt the need to jump down his throat about not coming to get his medication out of his truck the day of wreck. Truck is absolutely totaled and jaws of life were used. He won't even let us see what's in the truck unless we pay $600. We told him other insurance co will be paying it, but the police have given us no information yet. We even called the police and they said they won't have a report ready for 7 to 10 days. We explained We live 11 hours away and really need his items out. They didn't care. This is absolutely not common practice to withhold belongings after a wreck, and attorney will be called tomorrow

Broke down outside of the city and he picked us and our dog up before the sun set and starting working on the car that same night. He even came to pick us up from our hotel the next morning to get us back to our car. He got our car working the next morning (on a Sunday when everything else was closed) and we were on the road by noon. Would've been absolutely screwed without him. Price was super fair for the service we got. Would recommend to anyone.
