We went to Mescalero Sand Dunes to spend a night in my 34ft Winnebago and when I pulled into the campsite I got to close to the edge and the back tires broke through and I was stuck so I called a few places and Rudy's said they would come and give it a try they were there within a half hour and it took some work but they got it out and were extremely nice so 5 star's read more

They never answer the phone and if they do they are no help and rude. Half the time they are close.

My husband went there to get a receipt for the total of the tow the lady was really disrespectful and was very rude saying we couldn't get a receipt for the tow because he needed to pay but wouldn't give him the total. They need to be shut down or get better staff. When we requested the tow, the gentleman was really rude and did not attach the tow hitch properly the car almost ran off the truck. read more

I called to talk to someone from there and the man was EXTREMELY RUDE..... didn't care what i had to say and he was HATEFUL as HELL. I don't know how they stay in business when they talk to people so RUDELY. If you can find another Towing Service I'd 100% recommend using that one. Very disappointed in the customer service I received on March 15, 2019. This company charging $498.00 for towing my friends car two days ago. I called to submit a payment over the phone and requested a breakdown of the charges, The man I was speaking to at Rudys could not justify all the charges to equal $498.00. when I question him he hung up on me. I called Toms Towing, Mr V, Solo Towing they all quoted me $369.00 for the same service Rudys Towing was charging.
