When we asked where the mechanic was, we were told he was fueling his truck. Then, she didn't know where he was and couldn't get a hold of him. However, he was on the way. She said his service was spotty. We were charged a fee, due to the distance, prior to them heading our way. We asked for a refund and cancellation, and she refused stating he had already used a "tank of gas". Krissy had a habit of not responding to texts but answering when we called. Highly encourage people not to use this. We believe it is a scam, or at the very least a shitty service with poor communication skills between a dispatcher and mechanic. We have included screenshots of messages. There is no time stamp. We waited 3-4 hrs in the cold desert night for a no show. Edit yes they promised multiple times 10 mins, 20 mins, 1 hr, they should have a guaranteed arrival time its 30degrees in the desert and my wife is cold which i told them multiple times.
