After one of the hail storms here in Portales my truck's windshield ended up having 3 different…read morecracks in it. I knew there was a locally owned business that replaces windshield's along with other types of glass and I always want to support locally owned business so I decided to go with All Glass even though they were the more expensive choice. I brought my truck in and they ordered the glass and told me that the glass should be in, in the next two days and they will call me when it comes in. I waited over a week and no call so I called them. One of the guys on the phone said he doesn't really mess with the paperwork but he would let Heather (the owner) know to check and call me back, and AGAIN I never received a call back. So therefore, a few days later I stopped in while I was in the area. The glass had actually come in two days after the order but they "forgot" to call me back. The owner then gave me this sob story that her secretary has not come to work for over a week and that is why there was issue. We then set up an appointment for them to install it the following Monday morning at 8:00 am and they said the install would take about 2 hours. I showed up Monday morning at about 10 till 8:00 am. No one showed up to the business till about 8:20 am. So, they have already NOT called me like they were supposed to TWICE and now they were late to their own business. They then took my truck keys and had me wait in the office while they were doing the "2 hour" install. In actuality the install took 6 HOURS!!! Heather the owner then gave me yet another sob story that some of her workers did not show up that day. I understand that things like that happen so I was more than patient and understanding of what had happened. While I was waiting all day for them to do the install a guy came in and said that they still have not called him back about the issue. I did not know what issue he was talking about but Heather kept saying I will be right with you but kept answering and making phone calls while he was waiting. After he waited about 15 minutes and she kept doing something else instead of taking care of him he said some expletives and stormed out. So apparently, I am not the only customer that has issues with them. When I got home after I left the shop, I tried to use my key fob to lock my doors and it did not work. I called All Glass and told them the issue and they said my fob battery must have died. I knew the battery was not dead because the light on it was still lighting up when I pushed the buttons. Also, I have had this truck since 2006 and have had to change the battery in the fob before and when the battery dies it is a gradual process in which when you push the buttons to lock or unlock it take longer and longer for the truck to actually do it. However, I decided just to humor them and went and replaced the battery and guess what it did NOT fix the issue. By that time All Glass was already closed for the day. So, the next day I called them and told them that I replaced the battery in fob and it didn't fix the issue. They said they would do some research and call me back to have me come back in and fix it. I waited a week and they never called me back (big surprise). Called them again 3 more times over the course of two weeks and they still had yet to call me back EVER! At this point my battery kept dying every single night! I stopped by the business again and informed them about the additional issue with the battery. They said that my battery had nothing to do with the fob issue, which was a lie, and that my battery may be the cause of the fob issue. (While I was there talking to them another customer came in and was upset that they had misplaced two of his window frames when they fixed the glass on their windows. So, once again another unhappy customer.) They said they were too busy to look at my truck that day and they would call me to schedule an appointment. I said no you never call me lets schedule it now and the owner Heather gave me yet another sob story how she is too short staffed at the moment to even schedule an appointment for me. Once again, I went and got a new battery to rule out that as the issue with the fob and then the truck would not turn off! Even with the keys out and everything. My brother then came over and disconnected the battery and pulled the chip out just to make the truck turn off. I then took my truck to a Chevy house mechanic and he told me that now my starter had been fried. The Chevy house informed me that there is a relay on the windshield for the fob and they (All Glass) had deprogrammed my fob but didn't do it correctly so the trucks brain kept searching for a relay which killed my battery and fried my starter. I paid out of pocket for the new battery and starter and labor to get those issues fixed. The Chevy house mechanic said that All Glass should have paid for all that but at the very least they should pay for the reprogramming of the fob. Keep in mind this is

Seems no one could get me in for weeks. I called REF from a google search for collision centers, roswell, nm, and called. Santos said to bring it in for a quick estimate. I went straight there, and he put Chris to work on it immediately! I got to sit and watch the whole process, and they even replaced a few electric parts and spared me the expense of buying them! Over all this Shop will be my "Go to" shop for any body work, for future needs!! They are honest & do great work and not out to "Get over"! They saved me hundreds!!! God Bless this Shop! Keep it up! I will recommend highly!

As we were having a discussion if they worked with Geico, the gentleman said yes. Then I asked him, if they could accept my daughters car. He said they were back up for about a month. Then quickly changed his mind, and said yes. Red Flag!! Throughout the whole process and almost 2 months in, they have repeatedly said the car would be ready at the end of the week for the last 3 weeks. Then something else would happen or they would run into another issue. They did work on my daughters car and answer their phones as annoying as we were calling every week for updates. If you are willing to wait extensively for your car to get fixed they go right ahead. I gave this company 3 stars because they did a good job on the car besides the endless delays. And they were willing to accept alternative payments. No pics available.

DO NOT GET REPAIRS DONE HERE! Unless you have a limitless amount of time and are ready to have…read morecrappy working done and have to go back multiple times find somewhere else to take you vehicle. I chose to take my car here because I was familiar with the company where I previously lived this one is horrible. I took my car in after a accident in November and hopefully today was the last time I had to go in. I originally went in with damage to the passenger side door, fender, bumper, and wheel. On initial repair they changed the completion date 3 times which ended up taking around a month. Then I had to take it back in a couple weeks later because the systems on my vehicle started to go hay wire like it was not calibrated after it was aligned. I let them know what was going on and that it's common for the car to do that if the system was not calibrated after a alignment. They tech argued with me for over a hour telling me I was wrong until the ladies in the front looked it up and the calibration in fact was not completed. So they did the calibration and the system started acting ok. Then the door that was worked on was not latching after the repair and was consistently going off saying it was open where my child sits in the back seat. I call again and they tell me they cant get me in for a month. Then I explain that my son sits there and I don't want him falling out and they see me that week. They have me bring it back in again and low and behold the door was not lined up correctly and wasn't latching properly. They fix that. A couple of weeks go by and the lane Parking assist system starts going off consistently with a malfunction. I call and take it back in they look at it and tell me that the harness was missed in the initial repair and they have to order the part and they will call me for repair. I No call for a month so I call and they say they will call me back. No call back. I call again no call back. I call and finally got in today. They do the repair to fix the harness. It gets done about 1:30pm and the car just sits there so I ask them if it's don't they tell me that are waiting on insurance to approve. I am confused at this point as this is a repair that they have already completed incorrectly and I was told I just needed to bring it in with them fully aware that I only have one car and needed to get kids at 2:45 from school. They still refuse to release my car. I call Geico they approved the initial amount for the repair but the shop had just sent over another 15 min prior to my call and the adjuster hadn't looked at it. Geico attempts to get them to release my car and even calls them unprofessional for holding my car hostage when they already approved. The adjust calls and reviews the order and tell me they are denying the invoice because they already paid them for it. They were literally trying to get paid twice for the same job they screwed up. I will never ever be returning and will be sharing with everyone one I know so they don't have to endure what I did!!!! The only thing you have going for you is the super nice lady at the front desk other then that obviously you are incapable of completing a repair correctly!!!!!!!
