We got a new ac/heat unit for our motorhome this summer. I was told that it would kick over to propane heat like the old unit. It did not. It was 55 degrees in the motorhome. Our large RV has developed a significant propane leak. In our hot water heater was only working on propane not electric Outer limits came as soon as their schedule allowed. They're very popular. He was extremely efficient chasing the propane leak from start to finish. Was very thorough, quickly solved the hot water heater problem. Payment on site, with credit cards. Robert from Outer Limits RV did an excellent job at responding to my need, quickly finding the part, doing the repair and making sure I was satisfied with the work. I had bent the jack on the tongue of my camper and was stuck, unable to detach from the truck. Robert replaced the non-functioning jack when the only other RV service place in the area told me they couldn't help me for weeks. I called the number I received from the RV Campground I was staying at and they did not return my call, I texted them the next day and i did get a response. I guess they only like it when you text them. I finally told them from my text messages that I would rather talk to someone, I did talk to someone one the phone later that evening and explained The problem I was having with my AC unit and he said he would come out the next day between 12 and 2 PM. They never showed up, or even called to say they were not going to be there, and I never heard a thing from them. If I was able to give them No stars I would, but it would not let me, so. I had to give them one star. I did talk to someone else about my A/C unit but since this company said they will be there. I cancel them, which is probably the biggest mistake I made. But even that other person you had to "text", them, I am not going to deal with any company that will not talk to you on the phone. read more

My RV furnace would not light. The blower would come on and then go off in 30 seconds. We spent a cold night in the Carlsbad RV Park. Luckily not freezing cold. Called them in morning and since we had reservations for a tour of the Caverns we set appointment for 4 pm with option of sooner. We got back early so called and let them know we were back. Max called and let us know he could come in 15 minute. Showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. Found the sail switch stuck. We thought this might be the problem but could not figure out how to get to furnace. Behind 1/2 cabinet and under sink. Solved problem in 1/2 hour. Mostly time to take door off and half cabinet out to get to furnace. From start to finish they were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient and effective! I would recommend them highly if you have problems on the road and want mama to be cozy in the morning. Thanks Max and your mom is great too! read more

We experienced an electrical problem on day we were to leave Roswell. Lost refrigerator and power supply to slides. When we called Outer Limits rv service we were told tech was booked till Wednesday but would try to stop if he could ,to at least see if he could help us out. Twenty minutes later he was at our camper, could only stay about 20 minutes, got one slide in and instructed my husband on how to manually override other. He offered any pictures he thought we would need out of his service manual and was extremely helpful. After he left, we were able to get other slide in and get refrigerator working also. He had offered to check on us later. I called back to his office to tell them that we were ok, and to ask what we owed, office staff told me no charge. We would recommend Robert, he was very knowledgeable and professional. We appreciate him working us in on a busy day. read more
