I thought someone was in the trunk of my car knocking and trying to get out!…read moreWhen the weird things, as well as major problems happen, I always make an appointment with Premier Car Care Center. My late husband and I started using this business approximately 20 years ago. Now that I am a retired widow I don't even consider looking anywhere else. I know I can trust this business to be honest and fair equally with anyone that walks in their door. Their professionalism is top notch from first interaction at the front area to the ability of their mechanics to find and repair major problems and even the weird things that happen. The knocking in the trunk was a gear in the motor of the rear window shade. I expected it to be the drive shaft, axel... (I googled the noise). In just a few hours I went home without the knocking and having paid a very small bill.

I brought my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica in as it was overheating. Badly. I knew the radiator and…read morewater pump were more than likely bad. The engine still runs great so I didn't want to just trash the car. They replaced the radiator but it still wasn't working right and determined the water pump was bad. Now I've never replaced the water pump and it was completely rusted at the bolts and they had to try and drill and tap out all of the bolts. It took about a day and they did not charge me for the full hours. I now have a great running car with no overheating issues. Could not be happier with the car they gave back to me.

2001 Toyota Tundra: READ ME FIRST BEFORE GOING: I see a lot of negative reviews here. Let me tell…read moreyou my experience. I have a Tundra that needed an alignment done. They promptly did the alignment the same day and called me. Here is where it gets good, 2 days later my lower ball joint and lower control arm bushings were bad. They had not noticed this before the alignment or during. I called them up at 7a.m. and Carlos/Edward had my truck towed back to their shop on their dime. Fixed the issues and I was on my merry way. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend you see them. This is my opinion and before reading bad reviews, make your own decision. They were willing and able to work with me. The only bad thing, is they are busy and you might wait a few mins on phone, other than that, I didn't pay for a phone call conversation, I paid for the service! PROPS TO THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CH

Please do NOT take your vehicle here if you want it repaired in any way. We took it here twice and…read moregot it back more damaged then when we took it. Gave them a chance to make it right and fix the issues they caused, and just caused more. They will scratch your vehicle and deny it, partially fix your vehicle and charge thousands, then say it you want it "fully fixed" it would be a few more thousand. All while messing up all the sensors, the cruise control, and the heat. I reached out to the "Owner" and haven't heard anything back. Was told by Edward at Midas, that all I would get was probably an automated reply back. Horrible service, horrible customer service. You have my information if you wanted to make this right.

On July 18, 2014, GEICO paid Cardoza's Auto Repair to replace the engine in our 2005 Mercedes Benz…read moreC230 Kompressor Sport. At that time Tony, the owner, informed us it might be a couple week before he could get to it but he would let us know when it was ready. Also, he said the engine is rare but he found one. After three week of waiting we called to see if there was any progress and Tony said he hasn't even picked up the engine yet and it might be one more week. I informed him that we were moving to San Antonio in one week and he promised to have the car to me before we move. We called back in one week and were informed the engine is in and running but the Check Engine light was on indicating a problem. I now had to move without my car. This is now one complete month after being paid for the job. In the estimate to GEICO Cardoza listed the labor at 10 hours. Also at this time Tony answered the phone every time we called. Another week goes by and I'm calling daily because now he won't answer when he sees my number on his caller ID. I change my number to the 210 area code and call Cardosa, he answers. I press him for specifics and he tells me the misfire code is on cylinder #6. How is this possible, the original engine is a Supercharged 1.8L 4 cylinder? He will check on the car and call me back; no call. Now he won't even answer my calls, text, or emails. This man dedicated an entire page on his web site spouting his ethics. There are links to Kudzu customer reviews and the Better Business Bureau where he's not even a member. Now it's September 5, 2014 and I don't have my car or a clue where it is and what's going on with it. So I have to take legal action against the man and his business to get my car back. Do not do business with Cardoza's Auto Repair!

I was told they could not get one here in town so they would order it from IL. $$1300 to $1400 for part and $1200 to $1300 for labor. I said no I need to come pick it up. He then told me it was $240 bucks for diagnosis!!! Ford was only going to charge $125. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!
