Her tire pressure reading in the car said one was low. I love this woman beyond words, but she doesn't know how her car works or what any of that means (and doesn't want to learn now). She was worried. I got her the address and sent her to AutoZone Ruidoso because I knew from the website they were still open. She was skeptical as to what they could do for her, but I told her. You must trust the ZONE. She arrived and went in where she met my peace of mind Named Daniel. He reassured her that all will be fine and grabbed a machine to test her tire air. 15 min later all her tires were filled, she was relaxed and on the road again as Willie would say. I can't thank Daniel enough, and while I truly expect AutoZone to always be there when I need it, being there for her when I couldn't be, made me appreciate them even more. They will always have my business and loyalty, because I know they always have my back. Thank you Daniel. Next time I am in Ruidoso, lunch is on me.

Don't give this business your money…read more My husband and I were resealing the roof of our camper. Unfortunately, with less than an 1/8th of the way to go, we ran out of Dicor LAP sealant and had to run down to HWY 70 RV, as it's the only place in town that carries Dicor. Nickolas, the owner, sold us (2) bottles of Dicor Self- Leveling LAP Sealant. They were $19 and change a piece - not a crazy markup, but a markup nonetheless. Total came to $42.83 for both. We make it home and finished the job we started - didn't even use one full bottle. The next day we go up and inspect the roof to make sure everything is good. Immediately it was evident that the sealant from HWY 70 was faulty in some way. It had bubbled and cracked in a way that we had never seen, and certainly was not how the rest of the roof looked. (Pictures attached) We used the exact same sealant, only 30 minutes apart, on a clear day. There was no weather of any kind and we applied the sealant exactly as we did the rest of the roof. The only difference was the sealant we bought originally that was used on the rest of the roof was from Dicor themselves. When we went back to try and return the bottles (which, admittedly was 11 days after - life be like that sometimes) Nickolas was immediately defensive and combative with my husband. He walked in and said "hey man, I'm so sorry, but I'm going to have to return these", to which Nik replied "This one's empty, Im not going to do anything for you with that". My husband explained why that was the case and showed him the pictures of our roof - proof that the "empty" bottle was faulty and deserving of a refund. Nik said he could give us store credit only and only for one of the bottles. My husband pushed back on this, explaining that we don't need store credit, but money back, as we had to not only buy more replacement sealant elsewhere, but also remove the faulty sealant. Nik said "it's not my fault, I don't make them, I just sell them." Seriously dude?? You're a business owner. It's your responsibility when a product that you sell in your store is faulty. He then asked my husband his age, seemingly trying to discredit him in some way? When my husband replied with his age, Nik scoffed and shook his head. This back and forth went on for another 10 minutes and eventually it concluded with Nik only giving a refund for one of the bottles. He then said he'd send the partially used bottle to Dicor and have them "diagnose it" and my husband "would be the first person he called when they gave him results". He ended with telling my husband "I'm doing you a huge favor, because when I return these to Dicor they're not going to give ME a refund!" It's no wonder this business is failing and the domain name is already for sale online. I honestly can't fathom owning a business and treating or talking to a customer this way. Apparently that $43 was a make or break for this store. We will not be returning here and it seems we are not the first and likely not the last.
