I'm slow--I'm mentally capable, but I have to think for a minute about what I want to say.Today, on the first of April 2026, this is not an April Fools' review.I walked in needing a brake caliper for my truck. I brought in the whole part with the number on it, etc. I set it down on the counter. The person behind the counter was busy with something, so I waited. When he finished, he asked what I was working on. I said, "Ford Ranger," then added that I had a part number and paused for a second to remember the year and model. I guess my pause was too long for him--about 20 seconds. Before I could even get "87 Ford" out of my mouth, the guy lost it, walked off from the counter, and said, "Find it yourself."What kind of customer service rep does that? I used to recommend this store to everyone I know who had vehicle issues, but not anymore.

I was not greeted at all when I went in so I told the service guy that I was here to pick up parts for Jim Brazel and without one word to me he went to get them then I asked him if the bolts were in the box he said no that they had to be pre ordered but my husband ordered them just in the last few days so they were pre ordered . Then I left and my husband called and told them again that he had already ordered everything through Jimmy and it was to include the bolts. So I went back for the bolts again and I showed him the sample one and he took it to the back and he asked how many I needed and I said how ever many my husband needed. He then just grabbed a handful and threw them across the counter at me. We exchanged words I told him I would not be back and he said good. The bolts were not the right ones. We like doing business locally but this type of customer service is unacceptable.

Salonon, Wayland, and J (I'm blanking on his name), along with "Fish" -- who I briefly talked to about his nickname -- were all professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They got us taken care of quickly and didn't try to upsell anything, which I really appreciated. They checked and topped off the brake fluid and suspected a cracked radiator, so they added fluid there as well. Great value - It gave us peace of mind to safely continue our road trip.
