He took my contact info and told me he would follow up with the price and availability. Nobody ever called. I ordered the tire off of Tire Rack. I brought the tire and the rim in to be mounted at 2:45 in the afternoon and was told they couldn't get it done. So what can you do? You can't follow up with the customers, you can't even look up when you can get the tire. Instead of offering to set me up an appointment for the following day, it was just a hard we can't do it. I'm fairly new to the area and was recommended this shop. But two times I've been there and they haven't been able to help. I'll find another shop.

I made sure I was in a correct spot and left a note in my windshield. I didn't think it'd be a big issue since they are closed Sundays anyway. So I come down this Monday around 1:00, allowing the ice to melt, and as I'm about to get my car, the owner, manager, came out and tried to say how lucky I was he didn't have it towed. I tried to explain that I couldn't get my car up the icy hill. He said he didn't care. "It's a business". Obviously it's a business. I was planning on coming back and having my car looked at as I've just moved up here and don't have my normal mechanic anymore. After the experience with the bald man with the Napoleon complex, I'd rather go to a commercial mechanic now. Thought this town would be understanding in times of emergency as the hill i live on didn't have power for over 2 days. But this guy shows that they don't. As someone who also runs a business, this reflects poorly on you and your company. As such; I'll make sure to let anyone I know needing a mechanic to avoid this heartless person's business.

The answer was "No thanks.". No explanation or interest whatsoever by the guy who answered the phone. I didn't even have a chance to ask about all the other services I wanted to get done - new battery, transmission and brake services, coolant flush and a muffler check. I get why shops don't want to use outside parts or supplies for liability issues. My goal wasn't to be cheap it was to use the correct oil and filter for my car instead of whatever the shop felt was good enough. Definitely a bad impression for a potential customer.

I trusted this place prior to the departure of the previous manager. The staff didn't come off so…read morethugish back then I brought in a sedan that wouldn't start. Turns out, my key didn't have a functioning chip. We tried another spare key and it started right up. They wanted $180 for their effort. Then "Rudy" told me I needed a new oil pan gasket, since the old one was leaking. They could replace it, as well, for $850, total. I knew it wasn't leaking because there hadn't been any spots on the driveway. Besides, I could buy a gasket at Autozone for $18, drain the oil, and do it myself in an hour at home. I paid them the $180 and picked the car up later. At home I tried opening the hood and found that both hood support struts had been broken, intentionally, I guessed. Crappy and childish behavior. These guy must make much of their money ripping off unsuspecting tourists, I'm guessing. Go someplace else -

I brought in the whole part with the number on it, etc. I set it down on the counter. The person behind the counter was busy with something, so I waited. When he finished, he asked what I was working on. I said, "Ford Ranger," then added that I had a part number and paused for a second to remember the year and model. I guess my pause was too long for him--about 20 seconds. Before I could even get "87 Ford" out of my mouth, the guy lost it, walked off from the counter, and said, "Find it yourself."What kind of customer service rep does that? I used to recommend this store to everyone I know who had vehicle issues, but not anymore.

Not only did Nick and his crew do an excellent job, but Nick also kept me informed of any issues they had with obtaining parts or things that may have broken during the process. I took my Dodge Ram to Sierra Blanca Collision for repair on May 20th 2023 after hitting a deer…read more They told me it would take two week to do the work. i called after two weeks and was told it would be another week before the truck would be ready. They had all the parts to do the repair but were running behind. This was repeated due to one excuse or another about doing the paint work until June 21st. Sierra Collision said they needed to finish the reassembly after painting the repair parts. I told them I was leaving town to visit relatives and would pick up the truck on June 26th. I called on June 26th and was told they needed another day because they had broken the passengers side rear view mirror glass. I received a call today that the truck was ready. When I arrived and inspected the truck, the replaced mirror was dangling by the defroster cord from the mirror housing. it was nothing more than a peel and stick mirror, not the OEM mirror I was told it would be replaced with. I refused delivery until the entire mirror assembly is replaced. I expect this will turn into a fight. I called USAA complained and warned them about sending their customers to this body shop. So BE WARNED about using this business.

Our car had broken down, it was very hot that day, and we had spotty cell phone service. The first garage we were towed to was too busy to accept and repair our car. You took our car in, and we appreciate your thoughtful brainstorming of solutions to repair our A/C compressor and the research you did with Toyota to insure the correct solution was identified and implemented. Your sister was so thoughtful to drive me to the rental car location, so that I could rent a car. Our family made it in time for the wedding.
