So I come down this Monday around 1:00, allowing the ice to melt, and as I'm about to get my car, the owner, manager, came out and tried to say how lucky I was he didn't have it towed. I tried to explain that I couldn't get my car up the icy hill. He said he didn't care. "It's a business". Obviously it's a business. I was planning on coming back and having my car looked at as I've just moved up here and don't have my normal mechanic anymore. After the experience with the bald man with the Napoleon complex, I'd rather go to a commercial mechanic now. Thought this town would be understanding in times of emergency as the hill i live on didn't have power for over 2 days. But this guy shows that they don't. As someone who also runs a business, this reflects poorly on you and your company. As such; I'll make sure to let anyone I know needing a mechanic to avoid this heartless person's business.

The answer was "No thanks.". No explanation or interest whatsoever by the guy who answered the phone. I didn't even have a chance to ask about all the other services I wanted to get done - new battery, transmission and brake services, coolant flush and a muffler check. I get why shops don't want to use outside parts or supplies for liability issues. My goal wasn't to be cheap it was to use the correct oil and filter for my car instead of whatever the shop felt was good enough. Definitely a bad impression for a potential customer.

Turns out, my key didn't have a functioning chip. We tried another spare key and it started right up. They wanted $180 for their effort. Then "Rudy" told me I needed a new oil pan gasket, since the old one was leaking. They could replace it, as well, for $850, total. I knew it wasn't leaking because there hadn't been any spots on the driveway. Besides, I could buy a gasket at Autozone for $18, drain the oil, and do it myself in an hour at home. I paid them the $180 and picked the car up later. At home I tried opening the hood and found that both hood support struts had been broken, intentionally, I guessed. Crappy and childish behavior. These guy must make much of their money ripping off unsuspecting tourists, I'm guessing. Go someplace else -

Not only did Nick and his crew do an excellent job, but Nick also kept me informed of any issues they had with obtaining parts or things that may have broken during the process. Nick was honest, respectable and kept his word. If Collision Pros in Alamogordo had not sent my vehicle there, I would not have my vehicle back looking so beautiful in a timely manner. I took my Dodge Ram to Sierra Blanca Collision for repair on May 20th 2023 after hitting a deer…read more They told me it would take two week to do the work. i called after two weeks and was told it would be another week before the truck would be ready. They had all the parts to do the repair but were running behind. This was repeated due to one excuse or another about doing the paint work until June 21st. Sierra Collision said they needed to finish the reassembly after painting the repair parts. I told them I was leaving town to visit relatives and would pick up the truck on June 26th. I called on June 26th and was told they needed another day because they had broken the passengers side rear view mirror glass. I received a call today that the truck was ready. When I arrived and inspected the truck, the replaced mirror was dangling by the defroster cord from the mirror housing. it was nothing more than a peel and stick mirror, not the OEM mirror I was told it would be replaced with. I refused delivery until the entire mirror assembly is replaced. I expect this will turn into a fight. I called USAA complained and warned them about sending their customers to this body shop. So BE WARNED about using this business.

We found it, and got rear ended in the process. It was a slow moving crash and no one was injured, thank goodness. My next concern was getting my car road worthy to make the trip home to TX the next day. I arrived at Copper Mountain at the suggestion of the police officer who worked the accident. They immediately patched up my car, being mindful of small details such as taping up my rear light cover and reattaching(instead of just disposing) my fender to help prevent road sludge from entering the gash in my car. In the end, he told us to enjoy the rest of our trip and drive safely home, and wouldn't take a dime. This a great place, with people who truly care. Thank you!

None of the safety sensors work even lights that were not hooked up. Wrong year parts were used and completely Broken parts used. I now have to take to Toyota to get fixed. Stay away from this shop, there is no honor, or loyalty, or honesty. Even there sign says all repairs are guaranteed, this is a fallacy. Go anywhere but this shop, save yourself and your vehicle. I do not have the money for an attorney, so I have a vehicle that I cannot use without having Toyota fixing all I need in order to make road worthy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Was referred to Reflections to get auto tinting. Called and spoke to Adam. He was very pleasant to…read moretalk to. He gave me a couple of options to get the tinting done and a quote. I took my truck in the same day, we went over the tint options. Within 20 minutes he had completed the tinting for the 2 front side windows. He matched the color to the rear windows. Price was very reasonable. Really nice doing business with these people.
