So we called him up and explained our situation. He said come on in and we would run the diagnostics right away. So we did and he ran the diagnostics as soon as we got there. I tried to explain that I couldn't get my car up the icy hill. He said he didn't care. "It's a business". Obviously it's a business. I was planning on coming back and having my car looked at as I've just moved up here and don't have my normal mechanic anymore. After the experience with the bald man with the Napoleon complex, I'd rather go to a commercial mechanic now. Thought this town would be understanding in times of emergency as the hill i live on didn't have power for over 2 days. But this guy shows that they don't. He took my contact info and told me he would follow up with the price and availability. Nobody ever called. I ordered the tire off of Tire Rack. I brought the tire and the rim in to be mounted at 2:45 in the afternoon and was told they couldn't get it done. So what can you do? You can't follow up with the customers, you can't even look up when you can get the tire. Instead of offering to set me up an appointment for the following day, it was just a hard we can't do it. I'm fairly new to the area and was recommended this shop. But two times I've been there and they haven't been able to help. I'll find another shop.

Took in a Toyota pickup for a problem with the dome light not turning off. Kyle, the owner, looked…read moreat the vehicle and said it needed a new door switch to repair it. Brought it back once the switch was ordered and he charged $100 to install the switch and said it was still not working properly because of door damage. He said he thought he could fix it for another $80 but would have to charge more if necessary. I pointed out that he evaluted the repair to begin with and the estimate was $100. At no point did he tell me that it would cost more during the repair until he handed me the keys and said it still did not work properly. Stay Away from this business!!! Expensive and apprently unethical as well.

Went back later…read morethat afternoon and they still didn't get my vehicle in. when I asked why it wasn't done they said they never put me on the schedule and they were "too busy". Whats the point of scheduling ahead of time? wasted an entire day for nothing. I would Highly recommend going elsewhere.
