We found it, and got rear ended in the process. It was a slow moving crash and no one was injured, thank goodness. My next concern was getting my car road worthy to make the trip home to TX the next day. I arrived at Copper Mountain at the suggestion of the police officer who worked the accident. They immediately patched up my car, being mindful of small details such as taping up my rear light cover and reattaching(instead of just disposing) my fender to help prevent road sludge from entering the gash in my car. In the end, he told us to enjoy the rest of our trip and drive safely home, and wouldn't take a dime. This a great place, with people who truly care. Thank you!

Not only did Nick and his crew do an excellent job, but Nick also kept me informed of any issues they had with obtaining parts or things that may have broken during the process. Nick was honest, respectable and kept his word. If Collision Pros in Alamogordo had not sent my vehicle there, I would not have my vehicle back looking so beautiful in a timely manner. I took my Dodge Ram to Sierra Blanca Collision for repair on May 20th 2023 after hitting a deer…read more They told me it would take two week to do the work. i called after two weeks and was told it would be another week before the truck would be ready. They had all the parts to do the repair but were running behind. This was repeated due to one excuse or another about doing the paint work until June 21st. Sierra Collision said they needed to finish the reassembly after painting the repair parts. I told them I was leaving town to visit relatives and would pick up the truck on June 26th. I called on June 26th and was told they needed another day because they had broken the passengers side rear view mirror glass. I received a call today that the truck was ready. When I arrived and inspected the truck, the replaced mirror was dangling by the defroster cord from the mirror housing. it was nothing more than a peel and stick mirror, not the OEM mirror I was told it would be replaced with. I refused delivery until the entire mirror assembly is replaced. I expect this will turn into a fight. I called USAA complained and warned them about sending their customers to this body shop. So BE WARNED about using this business.

Reasonable price and I could not tell that there was dent the size of a half dollar when they were finished. Plus, they fixed it the same day I brought it to them. Great place - hopefully, I won't need to go back!! But if I need service like this again, I'll be back to Empire.

They sent my vehicle there without my knowledge. Sierra Blanca Collision did a great job. I would rate Collision Pros based on communication and customer service as terrible. They may also own Sierra Blanca Collision but there is a big difference between the people and customer service. Take my advice, avoid Collision Pros at all costs and go straight to Sierra Blanca Collision. Ask for Nick. If you want your vehicle to stay in town, chose any other business. Collision Pros is dishonest.

They have a huge sign when you walk in the door about how they treat and value their customers yet I experienced the exact opposite. By the way, meant to ask Sergio if all the bad reviews on here and on yelp are lying or are they? The reviews speak for themselves. Do NOT recommend! They repeatedly told me my car was done only to tell me the day of pick up that it wasn't. Just got off the phone with my progressive rep asking me how the repairs went and I said as if it could get any worse, it's still not done and she had just spoke to them and they said repairs are done and vehicle was picked up. There is no way I would go to another body shop no matter how long I had to wait to get in to Dan Bearden's shop here in Alamogordo. We have had Bearden's shop work on my previous car, my van (multiple times), my truck, my husband's truck and my car (multiple times) with total satisfaction. We get updates when our vehicles are in the shop. The work done here has always been top notch, they care about their customers (that applies everyone that touches the vehicle) as well as doing the best quality work possible. The skill of their workers is unmatched and they are all polite, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. They take pride in everything they do and will take action to correct flaws in their workmanship that the customer may not even notice. The type of pride they take in their work is like that of the 50s and 60s; a pride that seems to have since gone out of style with some other places of business.

I was quoted 4 days work on a job that was quoted a day and a half work so insurance covered a rental and the cost of repairs and decided to go with Body Masters. The job took longer than quoted so I extended the rental car three more days. Upon going to retrieve my vehicle the owner Johnny said it was going to be $750.00 more than he had quoted. I replied then let's call the insurance company and he says well it's okay I will eat the extra costs. This made me quite suspicious and as time went on the side view mirror they replaced became bleached a completely different color as you can see in the photo. Unhappy however untrusting a business that wants to up charge you upon pickup I decided to live with the unpleasant reminder of a poor job than go back and barter with someone over work not being done right. Recently on social media asked whom they would use and of course I retorted any except Body Masters. To that I got horrible back lash from ex employees as well as present ones of how I am a liar and my photo is bogus. Well after all of this and now knowing how attacking the employees can be in the defense of this company has urged me to post my experience now. I would have just moved on however the ridicule and badgering by former and current employees leave me no choice to post the truth about your company as a whole. I will live with the below standard work you have done as I don't feel comfortable to put my vehicle in your care considering the back lash I received when trying to explain what happened. You might try first working with your team of employees on how to show customer service and how to handle complaints if you wish to go forth successfully. There was a male seated behind a computer at the desk in a room at the very back of the office. I explained I needed a body work repair on my vehicle. He wanted to see photos I had taken and uploaded to my insurance. I had difficulty pulling those up. He then suggested I go out and take more pictures on the parking lot there at Body Masters and then bring them back in to him. I am 70. I have had knee surgery. It's painful right now to walk. I thanked him for his time, and apologized for disturbing him. I walked out. Oh, by the way, if you want to buy tall, skinny metal cups with sports logos and whatnot on them, he makes those. They are lined up across the entire front of his desk like a little wall. Good luck to you if you go to the business. I wish I could give zero stars as I got zero service.
