I feel stronger, more energetic, and I have even lost a little weight (miracles do happen, apparently). I've tried classes with all the instructors, and every one of them is fantastic. The workouts are very well balanced and thoughtfully structured - each class combines cardio, strength training, stretching, and static exercises, so your whole body gets attention instead of just one confused muscle group. She was on time and briefly explained the megaformer in great detail before the class started. She was very helpful throughout the entire class and assisted me and the class very nicely.
