I tried to hot yoga class here and it was amazing! The room was warmer than I'm used to (100 degrees fahrenheit) but it was still doable with the fans. The facilities and experience is 10 out of 10. But my experience on the website and app was beyond frustrating I attended a few classes for their new member promotion. They gave me a tour of their facilities. 4 different studios, some heated some not. Their workout room has an armory of workout equipment that is extremely impressive, and the teacher is on a podium with the days equipment already setup so you know exactly what to get. One of their studios have aqua punching bags and was quite cool. Other Pros: -The locker rooms are clean, have showers, plastic bags for wet clothes, and plenty of towels. There's also lockers all over that have free to use locks. -The schedule is packed with classes daily so you really have a bunch of options to choose from -they have multiple types of membership so you can pick what fits your motivation and the prices are actually pretty good considering the location -there's evidence of community everywhere from their giant wall sized community board at the front to just smiling faces and conversation in the back Cons: -the website kept looping me to the front page even though I was already logged in. I couldn't update my personal information and kept getting error messages when I tried to do anything. -This is one of those places where the low pricing is mitigated by having hidden fees and confusing legal text. There's a fine for signing up for a class and not showing up or canceling with 4 hours of start time. The punch cards are also time limited. The signup for a membership has you sign a waiver that says you're responsible for canceling it 30 days in advance and you will still be charged an additional month. I get it, but it leaves a sour taste. Just be diligent with your plans and you can take advantage of a truly awesome gym. read more

Despite my favorable experiences here, I encountered a setback on February 27th(around 7:45-8:45pm), when my shoes were stolen from the women's locker room. However, the front desk staff handled the situation with professionalism and grace, providing assistance and temporary footwear after the last class of the day. I am genuinely appreciative of their support during this frustrating incident. Nevertheless, I must express my astonishment at the audacity of the perpetrator taking an 18 year old student's sneakers. My stolen dirty white Adidas Sambas had unique characteristics including splatters of purple ube syrup and a piece of eyelid tape on the soul. I also just wanted to add, they left my socks there, they quite literally reached into my shoes and took out my socks, so nasty... I couldn't even imagine touching a strangers feet. I didn't even have a good picture of the pair because I received it as a Christmas gift from my parents. This incident has left me feeling perplexed and somewhat offended by the flagrant disregard for personal property. If you were to come here I would recommend leaving your personal belongings because these people are rude af for stealing my shoes. I hope whoever is wearing my shoes gets a foot fungus and loses their pinky toe nails, I'm praying on your downfall. I also want to include, I enjoy the yoga and pilates instructors! They're great! I joined TruFusion years ago when they first opened, moved away, and joined again when I moved back to the area over a year ago. I love the variety of classes - from hot classes to hiit, pilates to boxing, 45 mins to 75 mins...I really (should) have no excuses to make my membership worth it! My faves are Boxing Conditioning, HIIT, Signature Yoga, and the all hot 45 min express classes (don't be fooled these are intense!) The instructors and staff are all super friendly and motivating! Class sizes are good - while there may be a waitlist at times for some of the more popular classes, I've for the most part been able to make it off the list or if I really want to take a class I have made sure to book in advance. I have been wanting to try pilates for some time and I am so happy to have found TruFusion. They offer way more than just pilates; there's barre, bootcamps, circuit, ride, and yoga. If you aren't sure this is your thing, no worries since your first class is free! If you don't have equipment like a yoga mat or towels, they will also provide those for you. TruFusion is located on the 2nd floor of Lincoln Square, and they validate parking (except when I came on Feb. 1st it wasn't working, but still got it validated from another place nearby). I've been with TruFusion for just over a year and absolutely love it! The staff, teachers and members are all so kind. Having over 20 different style of classes from yoga to boxing to aerial yoga?! Having 4 different rooms I never am bored! Their class sizes and perfect, I have never felt like there are too many people in one room. The lights change colors which make it so fun throughout the class! The entire studio is kept so very clean; and I have high standards! The vibe is fun and such great energy. I don't recommend this place with my personal experience. I was 6 mins late for the class, not allow in. It was my bad for late. But which I cannot understand is: 1st, someone late for 20 mins allowed in, in my previous class. Why I has been treated differently. 2nd, one class I have registered, instructor no show for the class due to family emergency, which is fine, but I didn't see why it cannot communicate before the class since the instructor did mention later she called the gym. Then people wait in the class like 15 mins, then were told the class has to be canceled, no any proper apologize from gym side. 3rd, with another gym policy, mask is required in class, as a person always wear mask, I understand it is difficult during exercises, and most people attend class without mask. I didn't see anyone get kick out of class due to not wear a mask. So, why 5 mins late policy is so strict to me but not others, and the mask policy is so flexible? And the custom service really give me great time! Check the emails the lady sent to me. I mean WOW~ The tone, I am not sure if I am her customer or she is my boss. I have high lighted all sorry words from customer service, I am not sure that is a proper apologize for stood up gym members for a class. Experience: Came here to try kettlebooty, hot Pilates, and yin yoga! Out of the three, kettlebooty was my favorite! All the classes were so fun, and the instructors were high energy. During my time there, the instructors seemed to do more verbal instruction VS hands on correction for posture etc. but they might give more assistance depending on the group/if people really need it. The music in the classes is very modern/dance/pop music with some explicit language, so just be aware if that would bother you. Facilities: the facility seems well taken care of with the locker rooms being really clean, equipment rooms being sorted easily, and cubbies that you can store your stuff in. The cubbies I used were open, so there wasn't much security, but I think they do have secure lockers if it's an issue for you. Staff: the staff were all very lovely and I never felt like they were pressuring me to buy anything! Parking: they validate up to 3 hours on weekdays and parking garages under the building are free on weekends. Other perks: they are opening locations in Kirkland and closer to downtown soon, and memberships are interchangeable between all of them! They have a 30 days for $30 which is a good deal, considering their memberships are unlimited classes! read more

I'm in town traveling for work but needed to find a studio where I could fit in my yoga practice. I saw that TruFusion was a convenient 5 min. walk from my hotel. I've seen TruFusion franchises in the Bay Area and during my travels, but I never got around to trying it out since there isn't one local to me. I was so excited to join a class. It was a bonus that this Bellevue location offered a free week of classes. I signed up online for the offer and registered for the Wednesday 60 Min. Hot Power Vinyasa at 6:30AM. What a vibe! Fun, clean, spacious, plenty of storage. I especially appreciated the themed practice rooms and the variety of classes that can be taken. Customer service was great as well. The front desk staff members were helpful. I enjoyed Gloria's class. The room got up to a comfortably hot temperature where I got a good sweat in. I loved her sequence and found it to be very balanced as it incorporated dancing warrior, balancing, core, twists, inversions and an arm balance. I was very pleased with the overall experience and look forward to be back during my travels. read more

Have been going to a few classes with their 10 classes for $10 deal (with a one month expiration) for first time locals! I've enjoyed the Barefoot Bootcamp, Mat Pilates, and Hot yoga classes I've done so far! It's fast paced, some are in heated rooms, and a great environment to get a workout in. I haven't done any group classes before so I was nervous, but the instructors are great and the studio is nice! You can rent a mat/mat towel/towel (you'll want a towel for the heated rooms, i've never sweated so much in my life) for $5.5 or can bring your own! They also have a 5 minute grace period and don't allow people to come into class after that so get there a bit earlier and check in! read more

I used to love TruFusion for its exceptional front desk staff in 2022. Unfortunately, the friendly faces have been replaced, and my recent attempt to purchase an annual membership was met with frustration. Despite a promise of a callback, none was received. When I followed up, a lady named "Avendra" seemed annoyed and unwilling to help, refusing to sell/offer to help me with the membership saying that " we can't do that, we only can charge monthly." She didn't bother to give me any alternative like a gift card purchase or anything. This has also been the experience of a friend who canceled their membership. I got the chance to preview three of their classes as part of their grand opening and came out a tired but happy person! I tried 30 minutes of the following: 1) kettlebooty, 2) hot pilates, and 3) yin yoga 1) Kettlebooty: Fun class. Good music. I had never done a kettle fitness class and this was a good combination of weight (kettle) lifting, squats, stretching, all synced to music. The use of the thick sponge pad to stand on was nice. 2) Hot pilates: Wow! This was an intense workout! The instructor is super bubbly and positive. She was great. Her routine for the pilates was like aerobics combined with HIIT and pilates. She had a good hip hop sexy playlist that definitely motivated me to work out. 3) Yin yoga: The most relaxing yoga class I have taken in a while. Was perfect to cool down with after the first two classes. The instructor embues calm and peace. The walk to the yoga room itself almost feels like you're being transported to a temple. Other items: locker room is spacious, clean, has some toiletries, and a very nice shower. Trufusion is just a bit above my budget for fitness, but I do recommend this place if you can afford the over $100 monthly cost and are into some fun workouts that are actually challenging, in a beautiful space, and with great instructors. TruFusion is a new gym on the second floor of Lincoln Square South, the location is pretty convenient and parking is easy. It has several studios with controlled environment (heated or unheated with % humidity) offers strength, conditioning, cardio and stretching classes. I joined an one & half hour sample session and tried the Kettlebooty, Hot Pilates, and Yin Yoga. I trained twice a week with a personal trainer and practice Pilates on a weekly basis and I am quite impressed with the Kettlebooty class because I totally feel my hamstrings and quads the next day! The gym has plenty of locker and several shower stalls. Members have to bring their own mats and towels, so I guess no impulse workout. Interestingly I didn't find any spray bottles in the studios to clean my mats after workout. The studio can get crowded so I had difficulty to breath at some point and needed to escape and get some fresh air. I like more space during workout so it was hard for me when it's too crowded. However the overall experience is positive: classes are attractive, and the staffs & instructors are super nice and fun to workout with. read more

The way the manager dealt with my membership situation left a sour taste in my mouth. I was considering returning for some class passes after my vacation, but I will not be returning nor recommending this franchisee (both Ballard and Bellevue locations) to anyone. Takeaways: management is poor, lacks business integrity, staff training is inadequate and inconsistent. First, they let people late to classes. Okay a minute or two is fine for some classes, but there are often times people come in late to yin yoga/meditative classes in a jam packed room. Very distracting. Second and most importantly in my case, they do not honor the agreements they made to customers and keeps nickling and diming. Some staff gave me a discount and the 8-class membership along with the 20.23 introduction package, charged me for two months right at sign up, and said that I could continue with 8 class membership after first month of unlimited trials. Even tho I would get a corporate discount for unlimited, it just wasn't quite feasible given that the gyms are out of the way for me. The ONLY reason I signed up for membership as opposed to just class packages was because what the staff sold me and promised me. The manager Megan saw what the staff charged me a couple weeks later, was very frustrated when she asked to talk to me. I had talked to another staff person before this, who said that they would not touch my arrangement because they was what was sold to me. I explained again to Megan what my understanding was with the membership arrangement I received and that the only reason I signed up for any membership was because of the discounts and arrangement for the 8-class membership. She said she understood and it wasn't my fault, and promised to leave things as they were. This was a complete lie. The next month I was charged a full unlimited membership fee without the corporate discount nor the 8-class membership I did sign up, and couldn't tell how many classes out of the 8 I had taken. Talked to several staff members who said the manager would reach out. They never did. The last person I talked to, I was "offered" to be refunded the initial 20.23, as if I signed up for 8-class membership from day one with an introductory discount. Then after the staff talked with the manager, said they would "honor" the 20.23, and refund me the 8-class membership but charge me the full unlimited membership, because I had taken 20 classes in month one. Altho I had taken 6 classes in month 2, I was told that I would have unlimited classes to use and they would let me cancel after month 2. They repeatedly told me "you already got a really, really good deal, and it wasn't supposed to happen." They kept making stuff up and changing the agreements with customers, repeatedly after agreeing on MULTIPLE occasions that they would not touch my membership arrangements. This is dishonesty and lack of integrity in my book. Even though I like the variety of classes, this establishment is very disappointing and poorly managed. They seem to care more about a half month of membership fee difference than to keep a customer for the long haul. read more

I've been a member at a few yoga studios in the area, so I say from some experience that TF is doing a great job. It's not easy to balance all the expectations, and various, often flat-out conflicting needs of clients. The classes are varied in type and intensity, and there's a lot on the schedule for, it seems to me, just about anyone. Most importantly, though, the community is getting stronger, making TF an increasingly valuable asset to the broader Bellevue/Eastside community (with, I should mention, a sister operation in Ballard). Trufusion offers monthly promotions that are incredibly deceptive and predatory. The promotion is framed around a first month for a discounted rate but a few pages into the fine print of the membership agreement, it says you cannot cancel until after paying for a month at full price as well. It seems deceptive to not include this information up front. I was disappointed in the pushback I received when requesting to cancel my membership. I signed up for TruFusion as part of their special opening deal- $30 for the first month and a locked in rate of $120/month after that. Having just moved here, I was looking for a new gym to become a member of. I am still in the one month trial period of TruFusion and I can report so far that I have enjoyed my experience. The studio as a whole, is very clean and well equipped. There are several workout studios, some are heated and some are not. There is a wide variety of classes and class times which is great for people who have differing work schedules. Barefoot Bootcamp is probably my favorite class because it combines weights and cardio in a heated room. The class is fast paced and high energy. I would not recommend this for a person who is new to working out and is unfamiliar with using weights/kettlebells. I would start off with one of the kettlebell classes since they go over the form in those classes. Vinyasa Yoga was a positive experience. The instructor was great at providing multiple options for beginner and more experienced yogis. Hot Pilates was also great- it was more fast paced and cardio heavy than I expected. I'm not sure if that is always the case, but since I enjoy cardio, I enjoyed it. Kettlebell classes are great because the are a bit slower paced and the instructors usually go over proper form. I would recommend taking these before some of the other fast paced classes like Barefoot Bootcamp and Circuit. The instructors there have all been very nice and encouraging. They remember your face and make you feel very welcome. If you are new, they are great at explaining things to you like where to find equipment, what you need for the class, etc. They offer free class passes so I would recommend asking for them if you want to give the gym a try without any formal commitment. The only thing that I wish they had was cycling. Other Trufusion locations offer cycling/spinning classes but since Soul Cycle is located downstairs, they did not want to compete with them. It would be great if they offered a discounted rate if you opt to take classes at Soul Cycle. read more

Very challenging classes in a good way, clean , they have a team to actually clean the studios and the weights after every class! Their teachers are very hard and push you in a good way! I really love this workout class! I get motivated all the time to come here, I love all the teachers! So far, I've tried the 75 minutes yoga which was so relaxing, the 60 minutes omg, hot Pilates, hot barre, barefoot boot camp which is my favorite , I also love hot Pilates btw! I have yet to try the boxing class and kettle bell class, oh I also enjoyed taking the 45 Minute trx class! Their classes are amazing! They really give you an excellent workout after each class! I really enjoyed the class I took with Adam Pearlstein! It was really challenging because it was a combination of heat and working on your movements, but you really feel your body work long and stretching through each of the movements. He's also good at motivating his students throughout the class and offers modifications to those who aren't as flexible (like me). I would recommend making sure to bring LOTS of water and extra towels to towel off during the class (you will be leaving the class drenched)! read more

Hello, I took a yin sound class were on the mind body app it stated 100 degree 40 percent humidity. I thought awesome! I went into the class this was not that case. I could also hear loud music during the session from another rooms. The door was also opened to let cool air in to make even less warm. If I do hot anything please retain the heat. During the class a lot was talked about this new ariel class am like cool but it was mentioned around 5 times while am trying to clear my mind. Then when sound hearing took place people started snoring. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund. They said no refund and said I was wrong with my information with the heat I promptly showed the description of the class on the mind body app and he just seemed annoyed and I was annoyed he didnt even read description of the class on mind body. They said there other hot yoga classes I already have a yoga studio but I thought yin at 100 sounded awesome. I got a free class which I will use with the rollers class that is also advertise as 100 degrees. Hopefully its 100 degrees and it was but the person had to manually change everysong and there was no preset playlist...then they asked me about a membership.....I dont know if I want a membership with these issues mentioned above. I've never taken group classes before and have heard great things about TruFusion, so I gave it a try! All the staff were super nice, helpful and welcoming. The studio, all the rooms and the locker rooms + showers look amazing and are super clean! I took several different classes and enjoyed every single one. Even though not every type of class was particularly my thing, it was fun to try something new. The teachers paid attention to everybody and their individual level. There's no judgement at all. I was very frustrated at my last fitness class location, bored, unmotivated. I'm so happy I changed to Tru.
