Each component's flavor profile blended together nicely. I'm usually hit or miss with rye bread, but this rye hit the mark & held the ship together. The eggs were made with care & prepared in a way I've never tasted before, very delicious. Pastrami was tender, pickled onions provided the bitter tangy component while the broccoli slaw became the soothing blanket that nestled every flavor together. I absolutely loved my sandwich. They post a 20 minute wait time but I got mine in 15. Great things come to those who wait. They do not have a public bathroom so plan your visit accordingly. They have a few counter seats inside with plenty more outdoor seating in front with friendly locals chatting it up. Don't be shy with the napkins. I understand stores are trying to cut costs, but eliminating staffed checkout lanes is hurting the customer experience. Long-time customers notice the difference, and it honestly makes me question why I should continue shopping here instead of going somewhere cheaper.
