Don't expect your 98 hooptie to look like it just got a two stage paint correction and ceramic seal. This place removes bird poop and if you go enough, will keep your car clean And frame rust free if you splurge the extra $4.00 for undercarriage. Is equipment down sometimes? Yes. Do they fix it? Yes. Does it damage your car? I'm a weekly visitor and club member and never once had damage. Perhaps bring your fast and furious slammed Civic with cantaloupe launching exhaust pipe to a detail center if you want assurance that the Pep Boys tire flares won't get pulled off. Oh yeah, that's costs well over the $22 to clean your car. On to the next complaining post. FREE Vaccum and towels. Great place for what it is. Definately go.

I had been to this car wash a few times prior to this…read more I went out of my way to return. I'm deeply sorry I did, because the automated equipment damaged my car, leaving a deep gash and multiple scrapes. I noticed the damage soon after I left but I see they absolve themselves of any financial responsibility as soon as a customer leaves. And from several reviews, even if you have reported the damage at the time. This particular visit, I noticed the staff were RUSHING people through. They yelled at me to move forward when the much larger vehicle was just ahead of me. It was a stinking hot day in the 9. I never saw staff outside to be able to speak to them about the experience. Please don't risk your car's value by using this shoddy outfit.

We opted for the valet service which was very convenient. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way and how long it would take them to arrive. Did the same upon return. It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch!

This rating is not based on their service, as I was unable to take advantage of that. Instead, this…read morereview is for their communication, or lack thereof. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

I ended up taking it a different shop and they found 2 issues and made the repair. It cost me $160 to have this repair done. I called Bill at Illusions but he wouldn't answer. I sent him a text message with the repair receipt to see if he would reimburse me the $160. He said he would look into and get back to me and I have not heard from him since. So I paid him $1000 cash and had to pay $160 to have his work fixed and he just goes on like nothing happened. I'm not chasing this guy for $160, but if I were you I'd steer clear of him. There's a lot of other places to get a radio or a detail. His detail guy Eric is a great guy and does great detail work but Bill doesn't really care about customer service. I will not be going back there or recommending Illusions to anyone for anything. At this point I don't care about the $160 but it would have been nice to be acknowledged rather than ignored.
