Our double garage buckled and was damaged when we tried to close it. I thought for sure we would…read moreneed a new garage door but after calling Nask (whom we used for years) and having Henry come out, the garage door is better than new! Henry has over 30 years of experience and is honest, reliable and extremely knowledgeable about anything pertaining to garage doors. He bolted struts across the door which at first I didn't think would work to straighten out the buckled panels. After he bolted them on - the door went up and down as smoothly as it did before it got damaged, only now it was stronger than new! He also advised replacing the 18 year old torsion spring as the door is now heavier and the spring would most likely fail not only due to it's age - but due to the increased load beyond it's capacity. On a separate visit, Henry calculated the weight of the door and installed two new springs that lifted the door like it was a feather while insuring if there was ever a problem, even my wife could lift the heavy double door with one hand. Repairing the garage door instead of replacing it saved us thousands of dollars. Henry is a rarity among service repairmen and if every company had a Henry, there would be far fewer complaints. I highly recommend Nask door for ANY garage door problems.
