The technician did the job and gave me three months of guarantee on the labor and equipment. A few days after, I noticed that one of my control remotes was not working properly. I called the company and the owner blamed the battery and the weather. So, I changed the battery but the issue persisted. I called this company today and the owner gave me the same excuses. I just told him that I need a new remote control. He said he would send a technician out but IF the remote control is working I would have to pay for "the visit". I said it was fine because the remote control is not working properly. When the technician arrived he just saw the remote control and told me it had water in it and that I was not careful with it. I said: WHAT? HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY KNOW THAT? He opened the remote control and immediately went to his vehicle. After 5 minutes came back just to tell me that the remote control is fine. He pressed it several times but did not work. Later, it started to work and I told him that I want a new remote control because it is not working well. He said he fixed it. However, when I asked him if the remote control keeps giving me issues I will call the company again, he said: he would never be back after today. Then, he said he could give me a new one but I had to pay $150 to get it replaced. I said no, I have a guarantee of 3 months and it is covered by the guarantee. He said the guarantee only covered the motor, which was a lie because the receipt says otherwise. Then I told him I paid for those remote controls also. He tried to convince me I did not pay for them arguing that the motor and keypad already come with 2 remote controls: I told him, I am just realizing you STOLE my money because you charged me separately for those remote control. I called the owner. And after 5 minutes of waiting for him, I explained to him the situation and that I wanted a new remote control. He said he will call the technician. He, then, called the technician and started to speak in Arabic (I believe they are from Palestine) so I could not understand what they say at all. Then, the owner told me that the technician already explained to him the remote control is fine and I will have to pay $75 for his visit. I just told him, I will let everybody know that he is running a scam business and are stealing money from people who trust in them with good faith. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALERS!!!

I am handy, but this was a twisted mess and I didn't have the supplies and wouldn't even know where to look to buy them honestly. I had already called one other place and they wouldn't give me a straight pricing over the phone - that made me nervous right off the bat. I got a quick straight answer when I called them, and they were out in about 2 hours. Take that COMCAST! When they got there - apparently the new home construction crew on the door didn't assemble the garage door right and took short cuts, obvious when the tech pointed it out on the door and the install, and that's why it broke. They were out same day, repaired the door (I thought it would need replacing it was so gnarled up) and I was shocked to see how little it cost - when I was already prepared for the replacement bad news. better then new now. The Tech that came out was named Jimmy. This review was posted for Jimmy in 2014 at his other company, I moved it to this placed when I found out he moved doing my new project recently! Jimmy was a great guy, professional and straight forward - no BS sales pitch - just fixed it quick. We are thinking of replacing the cheap builder grade doors with insulated ones in the spring of 2015 and this inexpensive and quick repair held me over! I would definitely use them again based on the repair job, honesty and pricing! Thanks :) UPDATE - I just recently decided to replace the doors a few weeks ago. I went with an insulated door, with side mounted jack shafts (no more ugly & loud ceiling track) and color matched the outside to the house doors instead of the builder white. We went with high lift tracks which brings the door ALL THE WAY to the ceiling! Amazing how much bigger a room looks with this all done! My garage is no longer a garage - its a bonna fide MAN CAVE! And its all thanks to Jimmy and Justin. Their pricing was way more fair then the 3 other companies I got an estimate from. Including the Costco company, which was over $1200 more! The job took two days, not one - but they came out the second morning super early to make sure it was done that weekend as promised and DIDNT CHARGE me extra! These things are quiet, lock with a deadbolt, control off my iphone and there are no more UGLY WIRES all over the walls and ceiling messing up my space. Can I give three thumbs up?! Feel free to get other estimates, you will either realize they are less for better before your job... or be paying these guys to come back out after the first guy screws the gig up.
