I called up and they were able to get me an appointment just an hour and a half later, which was awesome. Brian arrived right on time and was very professional from the get go. He explained the entire job in detail to me and quoted us what I felt was a fair price. I was very impressed with how fast he worked. Everything was up and running in no time. In the end we ended up going all the way for a brand new door & hardware which we are very happy with - it's working smoothly and much more quietly than our old one, it was installed quickly and cleanly, and they hauled away all of the old pieces. I would absolutely work with them again. Less than 48hrs from call to finished work (though they were there for the initial repair just hours after I first called).

I initially called this company simply to get a quote/estimate. Instead of answering my question, the receptionist immediately asked for my address and availability and scheduled me for a service window. I had to clarify multiple times that I did NOT want to commit to anything yet, as I was only looking for an estimate and didn't want to risk being charged. I was eventually told that a technician could come out and provide an estimate before any commitment to service or payment. The technician did arrive within the scheduled window, which I appreciated. However, things went downhill quickly. Instead of trying to open my garage door using the interior switch, he forcefully pushed the door open. As a result, my garage door is now completely stuck open when originally it was only about one-third open. This alone was extremely frustrating. From there, the interaction became very uncomfortable. I was at work and had arranged for my father to meet the technician, since I wasn't home. I made it clear that I was only looking for an estimate and was not prepared to make a same-day decision. Despite this, the technician repeatedly pressured me to decide immediately, saying he had other customers to get to and he cannot wait around. He also made comments that were very off-putting, such as saying my job was "too small" (under $300) for him to come back another day, and that the company would not return if I didn't agree to the service on the spot. This completely contradicted what I was told when I first called. At one point, when I asked reasonable questions about whether fixing just the pulley could lead to other issues, he became impatient and dismissive. He kept repeating that he "already gave you your two options, change all parts for $525 or just the pulley for $250" and "wouldn't know until he fixed it," even though I was simply trying to understand my options. He also said things like, "Did you look at our website? We have over 500 5-star reviews," which came across as dismissive rather than reassuring. To compare, I called another company later that same day and specifically asked if I could get an estimate and decide later. They had no issue with that and told me I could absolutely call back when I was ready. To be clear, the price quoted here was not bad. My issue is not with the cost but with the experience. The technician's attitude, the pressure to make an immediate decision, and the way my situation was handled turned what should have been a simple estimate into a very negative experience. I'm sharing this so other customers know what to expect.

Oo, I'm the 1st Review on Yelp for this place! :) I was given a referral from a patient when one…read moreof my garage doors jammed and then the bracket behind the door tore off, broke the hinges in one of the panels and warped the upper panel in 2014. I am handy, but this was a twisted mess and I didn't have the supplies and wouldn't even know where to look to buy them honestly. I had already called one other place and they wouldn't give me a straight pricing over the phone - that made me nervous right off the bat. I got a quick straight answer when I called them, and they were out in about 2 hours. Take that COMCAST! When they got there - apparently the new home construction crew on the door didn't assemble the garage door right and took short cuts, obvious when the tech pointed it out on the door and the install, and that's why it broke. They were out same day, repaired the door (I thought it would need replacing it was so gnarled up) and I was shocked to see how little it cost - when I was already prepared for the replacement bad news. better then new now. The Tech that came out was named Jimmy. This review was posted for Jimmy in 2014 at his other company, I moved it to this placed when I found out he moved doing my new project recently! Jimmy was a great guy, professional and straight forward - no BS sales pitch - just fixed it quick. We are thinking of replacing the cheap builder grade doors with insulated ones in the spring of 2015 and this inexpensive and quick repair held me over! I would definitely use them again based on the repair job, honesty and pricing! Thanks :) UPDATE - I just recently decided to replace the doors a few weeks ago. I went with an insulated door, with side mounted jack shafts (no more ugly & loud ceiling track) and color matched the outside to the house doors instead of the builder white. We went with high lift tracks which brings the door ALL THE WAY to the ceiling! Amazing how much bigger a room looks with this all done! My garage is no longer a garage - its a bonna fide MAN CAVE! And its all thanks to Jimmy and Justin. Their pricing was way more fair then the 3 other companies I got an estimate from. Including the Costco company, which was over $1200 more! The job took two days, not one - but they came out the second morning super early to make sure it was done that weekend as promised and DIDNT CHARGE me extra! These things are quiet, lock with a deadbolt, control off my iphone and there are no more UGLY WIRES all over the walls and ceiling messing up my space. Can I give three thumbs up?! Feel free to get other estimates, you will either realize they are less for better before your job... or be paying these guys to come back out after the first guy screws the gig up. A warehouse manager (Malcolm Aryes) bragging how it's his warehouse can't communicate with ALL workers and crys to the state manager of little things. Malcolm is a simpleyon that dosent know how to move on and screws his workers over when they choose to move on. Malcolm says his a friend when you start but he back stabs and kisses your arse at the same time. Russell who's supposed to deal with operations is just neglect as their is a lot of issues at the site. Scheduler is just useless and allows for installers to bring over 50 unable to install doors per week and leaves a lot of older work sitting on the warehouse floor making customers/builders annoyed.
