I had to call the company at 1:30 PM and again at 2:00 PM just to confirm whether anyone was still coming. * No acknowledgment or apology. - No explanation. No accountability. * Unprofessional behavior. - He kept AirPods in with music playing the entire time. * Poor communication. - He was vague and unclear until I refused the quote. Only then did the tone shift. * Ignored my request for a final quote before work. - I explicitly asked for a finalized quote before anything started. He ignored that. * Began work without approval. - While I stepped away briefly, he started removing the garage door springs without my consent, a known pressure tactic because once parts are removed, you feel forced to proceed. * Property damage and attempted cover-up. - He damaged my wall with a ladder and tried to hide it. He also claimed they were the owners of Olympus Garage Door Repair, which directly contradicts what the call center later admitted: Olympus operates as a broker that dispatches technicians who may not even be licensed or certified. * Inflated quote. - They quoted me $900 even though the average cost in my ZIP code is around $450. Call Center Experience : * Took about 20 calls to address the wall damage. * No consistent process or documentation. - Every call felt like starting over. I repeatedly had to explain the entire situation, despite being told they had "taken everything down." * No respect for time or follow-through. - They promised callbacks within 15-20 minutes and did not follow through. When I called again due to their lack of response, they acted like I was "wasting their time." * Rude, passive-aggressive, and dismissive. - Instead of resolving the issue, multiple associates talked down to me and tried to act smart rather than helpful.
