These folks made the process of getting my garage door fixed as easy as possible. They were able to fit me in same day, since I had flexibility with timing. Their repair person arrived within the stated window and got to work right away on fixing the torsion spring on my garage door. I don't even know how I'd have opened the thing without his help. But in just about half an hour, he was done and on his way. Great communication and fast service. read more

Fast, reliable and TRUSTWORTHY. We had an issue with our garage doors (broken cable and springs). We spoke to a couple local companies and ultimately chose Suburban Overhead Doors because they were fast, responsive and transparent with their pricing. Came in, fixed it, and now we have fully working doors + working remotes! As a couple who know a lot about houses and home renovation, we highly recommend them! read more

Great service by office and at my home. Very respectful and friendly. Kept me informed thru the process and what they'd be doing. Highly recommend suburban. read more

The torsion spring broke on our garage door late in the afternoon. I sent a message to Suburban from their website later that night, not thinking it would ever get a response. Well, the next day, at 720am the office called me and said they would be out the same day to make repairs. Sure enough, a very professional man named Destin called around noon and said he was on his way. Destin was extremely professional and did a great job replacing the spring in about an hour. I can't say enough good things about Suburban's customer service and responsiveness. I would very highly recommend this company and will definitely tell my neighbors about them! read more

Suburban provides top notch service. We've used this company's services numerous times throughout the years. Every time we have been given top notch, rapid service that was friendly and professional. Last Friday we called them and left a voice mail message at about 5:30 p.m. Our garage door refused to stay down. They called us back within 20 minutes, diagnosed the situation, and taught us by phone how to temporarily remedy our problem. On Monday a technician figured out that the beams were not aligning properly. He fixed it. Done. We are simply very pleased with how this business conducts itself. They deserve, and have earned -- 5 stars from us. read more

Oh, my goodness! I called Suburban Overhead Doors at 9:00 am, and by 12:30 pm our door was fixed! I am so impressed with the timeliness, knowledge and great pricing of this company. Andrew and his assistant were friendly, gave great advice on what needed repairing, and were done in 15 minutes. This is definitely the company to hire for any garage door problems. read more

Great service and on time. Dustin texted so we knew when to expect him. He arrived on time. He found the problem, explained our options so we could understand, answered our questions and went about his work. The garage door works great now. He also examined our other door and lubricated it. Thank you, Dustin. read more

Hello! My industrial strength garage door motor ceased working a couple years back. Finally got tired of lifting and pulling. Call Suburban Overhead, as they are local to me. Within hours, Tech Destin was out and with some minor adjustments and service had the opener operating aok. Excellent communication throughout. Highly professional and recommended! read more

If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately I have to give 1 undeserved star in order to write a review. It would be hard to imagine being provided with worse service than the experience I had with this company. I went through several installation errors and a manufacturing defect that the company has refused to address. So at the end of the day, I paid thousands of dollars for a poorly installed defective product. There are companies out there with much better prices. I foolishly paid up because I thought I'd be getting superior service, but I was very very mistaken. Don't make the same mistake that I made. read more

Same day service and helpful staff who did a great job repairing our door. We tried this company after another garage door company we used previously rudely turned us down. I guess our job was too small? Suburban is our new go-to and we would highly recommend them. read more

I have had only excellent service from this company. I always get a live person when I call, who gives me free troubleshooting advice and/or promptly sends out a workman when needed. The twenty year old mechanism finally needed to be replaced, and the new one that they installed works great! read more

I was surprised to see a one star review, as we have always had such good service from Suburban. More than once, when the door wasn't functioning due to broken/worn out parts, someone was out the same day to get us back up and running. They are my go-to guys! Tom is helpful and friendly, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them read more

I've needed to get our garage door repaired 2x over the past 3 years, both different issues. I'm still amazed at the incredibly friendly and fast service! I called, spoke to a live person, took all of my information, stated was going to call back today, did and had repairs done the same day at a great price! I rarely write reviews, but for this exceptional service, I felt compelled to! Strongly recommend! read more

I would recommend Suburban Overhead Doors to everyone! I had a new garage door opener installed. A time for them was scheduled for the next day! They did a GREAT job. I am thrilled with their service! read more

Suburban Overhead Doors's employees have been to my house twice: once to install a new garage door, and once to install a new opener. Their very reasonable installation prices included haul-away of the old door and opener. Both jobs were done quickly and with excellent attention to detail -- especially with the opener, which is a direct drive model not common in the US. Their customer service personnel have also been friendly and helpful every time I've called. read more

Recently had new lifts put on 2 garage doors. Fast response, very good price quoted and a great job. Real pros. Highly recommend.

This is the first time that I have ever written a review. I felt that I needed to write what a wonderful job Tom at Suburban Overhead Doors did. Our garage door was broken and bent. We had quotes that we needed a whole new garage door installed which would have cost us easily almost two thousand dollars. I told Suburban that we might need a new garage door. Tom ended up coming out the very same day that I called. He fitted us in at the end of the day when he should have been home with his family! He was a miracle worker and was able to salvage our garage door and fix the bent frame the very same day! My garage door is back up and working and just like new if not better! On top of that he saved us a lot money and was beyond reasonable with his service fee. I highly recommend this wonderful, very professional, reliable and honest company! read more
