Finally had a moment to check this place out! It is a fun-size Dave and Buster -- not too big but has plenty of games and bowling. My favorites PAC Man, basketball, and hockey table. After playing a multitude of games. Which some games were out of order. We went over for a night cap and snack, where I learned they offer happy hour 3-6 and 9-close various day. The restaurant area is enclosed where you can't hear all the choas of the gaming, which is nice. I could go back and watch a game there... We tried the chicken wings which came out fresh and hot! I visited Main Event with a group of four and we only did bowling. The bowling itself was fun and the lanes were in good condition, but the food and service on the dining side were disappointing. They were clearly short-staffed on waitresses, which made it really hard to order anything. I ordered one of the combination samplers and honestly it just wasn't good. The buffalo wings were cold, and the pizza looked and tasted like it had been pulled straight from a freezer. For drinks, I ended up having to walk to the middle bar myself instead of being served at the lane. That said, I do want to give credit where it's due. The young man working in the bowling area was amazing, and the customer service from him and the management team stood out in a positive way. They were attentive, polite, and professional. Me and my 2 friends went here Saturday night around 6 and we decided to eat at the restaurant first and it wasn't busy at all. We sat down and our waiter came over and took our order, 45 mins later or so our food came out but no drinks? We told our waiter we still didn't get our drinks. She went to check and just brought mine and my other friends but still forgot my one friend's because he ordered something else but they were out of it. After he finished his food he got his alcoholic drink after asking for it again because the waitress said she forgot about it but it was all just ice anyways. After we were done we were waiting for the bill, we waited almost 45 mins for the bill because the waiter was to busy laughing in the back in the kitchen to come and check on her guests, even other tables started getting upset that they weren't getting any service, won't be coming back to the restaurant because this is the second time I went here that I had horrible service. I haven't had the food here yet, but I haven't heard good things about it. I stopped in the very first and realize right off the back this place is overly crowded and a lot of games were down. The bowling alley is packed and it wasn't anywhere to really get comfortable. The inside wasn't designed the best and it's a lot of dead space that could've been used. The one day I was suppose to bowl for my nephew birthday party. He booked a lane which was very expensive close to $100. We ended up leaving because it was crowded and people went over there times so they were over two hours behind. Even though his time was set to 6:30 we left after an hour and went to another bowling alley near by. I know they can't control the crowd but they should do something either manage it better or something. read more

The arcade area has so many games to play some give you a decent amount of tickets to your play games as well. It can get really crowded though on the weekends with all the kids and all. The music is so loud you would think your in a club. I like they have security they for the rowdy teens or even adults. Nowthe restaurant area is lacking it took awhile for the 1 waitress to bring waters that 2 other waitresses thought we were not greeted yet. The chicken salad that was like $14 was so small it could have feed a small child. For that price I could go else where and get a value amount for that price and I would be happy. I purchased a personal pan pizza; this was my first time ordering from this location. The place was clean, and inviting. I ordered my food to go since I was on my lunch break. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and it had 4 slices at $15 dollars; the pizza was kinda pricey, and a bit greasy looking, but was hot & fresh. The pizza tasted good, but I won't be ordering that again. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would order there again but would choose something worth the price. There wasn't anyone there, but I'm guessing they're probably more busy in the evening. There's a good size parking lot, and there's other dining & shopping options nearby. I haven't had anything to eat other than this pizza so I was really hungry & kinda press for time since I was on my lunch break. I would recommend trying them, but know the prices are kinda high for the amount of food. I appreciate the great customer service. read more

Had a marvelous first day open lunch , Thanks Abby for the 5 star service . Had the Double Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries outstanding delicious great price on $13 spot on. The Italian Flatbread fabulous again $13 with a side of creamy Mac n Cheese $4.99 . Very reasonable prices, delicious food going back for more really soon. The fries for my two children were served in two different plates without any paper to separate the fries from the dish. We don't know if the dish was clean or not. I got a text saying my order was ready for pick up and it was not. The table we sat at was not clean and very wobbly. I had to ask for ketchup, a spoon for ice cream and napkins. Booked a party was charged twice for the deposit. Called for a refund and the employee hung up on me. Called back for a supervisor and she thought it was funny and laughed at the situation. But finally refunded my money the first employee suggested they keep the money for the party. Absolutely not you charged me illegally and I was issued a receipt that only said one deposit was paid. Started our visit at the bar- where I was ignored til I called the bartender over. He took our drinks and then again I had to call him over to get my appetizer. Took 25-30 minutes for the appetizer to come- I had to ask if my appetizer was coming... Bartender never asked if I wanted a refill- then we went to play bowling. Wings came out dry and had to be sent back to be tossed in sauce. Had to ask for silver ware and plates. I called Main Event or my Sorority function. I spoke with Sapphire, and her team was AWESOME!! The few names I can remember Armaria and Jasmine. Took EXCELLENT care of my group. The food setup for us was top-notch! From the first conversation to the last, Sapphire was EXCELLENT! She was very thorough, kind, friendly, and very accommodating. Being in customer service for over 25 years... I will say that the staff ( being of the younger generation) were great! They hit every mark. The facility was beautiful! If you are going to enjoy friends and family with the games it is what it is. The service in the Family Kitchen is some of the worst I've experienced. I have visited 3 times and although the food is pretty good all three times we waited to be seen after being seated for about 15 minutes then good luck getting your server to come back and see how you are. We had to call a server over every time. If you want a refill on your soft drink for get about it. Ambience is OK I don't think I'll come back, but if I do, it'll just be to sit at the bar to watch the game and grab a few. read more
