The guy just didn't feel any obligation to treat customers with respect or even honor his own word. The only good thing about my experience with this... person, is that I found out what he is before letting him get his mitts on my baby, for which I am grateful. Based on my experience, I suspect the positive reviews he shows on his website were from family or employees. If a business owner lacks the integrity and professionalism to keep his promises and is so disrespectful of customers that he refuses to respond to appropriate contact from them, it just makes sense that he also wouldn't care much about doing a good job for them. If, despite this sincere warning, you decide to let juan get ahold of your vehicle... good luck. You're going to need it.

Zero stars for that, since credit card processing fees are considered a normal business expense that is tax deductible. Hence, they did a bit of double dipping. I did send them information and asked that they share with their accountant (who should know these things) and will hopefully convince them not to punish people for using a credit card.

Would think when they weren't the same they would've got the right part) , fog lights aimed too high they are useless until I replace the bezels with OEM and aim them correctly . New headlight not aimed correctly, was aimed directly at oncoming traffic, it also is a different color light it is more white light than my right side and looks funny , I'll be replacing it. Looked up some of the part numbers on amazon and found $10 parts I was charged almost $40 for. , the paint does not match in the sun . My insurance uses them as a partner company so I expected the repairs to be OEM .. not happy with any part of this $5,000.00 repair . It was a complete Waste of my time while they had it and a waste of my time and money for things I will fix myself correctly without using my insurance. My car had sustained damage to the front bumper and grill from an airport parking lot (I didn't witness it). I rolled my dice and took a chance with Caliber. I wasn't disappointed. My initial contact with them was by internet on a Thursday, and they contacted me in short order by phone. Their voice was friendly, and we took care of scheduling an appraisal immediately. We set an appointment for the next Monday and was surprised that after inspection they were going to take my car and work on it immediately. I was both shocked and pleased as punch and was willing to walk home (a short distance away). but they happily found someone to take me there. They used MSM to keep me apprised of their work's progress throughout the week, at least once daily, with included contact information if I had any further questions. I was initially given a completion date of Friday. On Thursday I was given the surprise call of job completion, they were a day early and their charges looked quite reasonable. The agent said to come on down and pick it up. He had it parked out front and once I got there, I could not believe how flawless and rejuvenating the repair looked, a 2014 Toyota Corolla. I didn't know what to say. The thing looked brand-spanking new again. The agent beamed with pride about the work performed (I like that from technicians) and I almost felt like I couldn't express enough gratitude for him to see. But the extra special part came later after I got the car home and gave it more refined look over. This part may be due in part because of my insurance coverage, but once inside the vehicle you could tell that they totally detailed the interior including the dash, glass and carpets. It smelled clean. A close look at the front end where the initial damage occurred appeared as if nothing had happened, and the paint's color match to the original was flawless. In fact, the whole exterior of the car looked buffed and polished, so much so I could see myself in it wherever I looked. Fortunately, I was able to put it back in the garage just before rainfall. The agent did explain earlier however that the paint was fully cured and ready for the great outdoors again. I couldn't have asked for a nicer job. Well done.
