While four other auto service departments in Tillamook would not even talk to me, Jacob at 24/7 not only took the time to look at my car but realized it was just a fuse and replaced it in under 5 mins at no charge. As a single woman with her dog coming in with absolutely no clue what was wrong with the air conditioner, I could've easily gotten taken advantage of and I had completely expected to pay a lot of money to get the air conditioner running before heading home.
