After a quick Google search we realized we had a short amount of time before our truck would probably stop running from a dead battery/toasted alternator. We called Coastal Auto Performance and Issac said, no problem, I can be to you in 10 minutes. In no time at all, Issac had the problem confirmed, parts ordered, alternator replaced, and we were back on the road. Honestly, no words to express our gratitude. The level of professionalism, incredible service and speedy repair was 10+ out of 10. Thank you so much!

Issac Lowe was a landscaper, then realtor, Logan got his experience at an oil change place. Clutch replacement on Nissan PU. Went to pick up vehicle, would barely start, engine missing. They somehow misaligned the flywheel and said it was a sensor that they replaced but couldn't program. I limped home and took it to a certified mechanic who couldn't believe they could put a flywheel in the wrong position. They had also cut off the exhaust heatshield, didn't reinstall it and never mentioned, a potential fire hazard. Replaced sensor not even hooked up. Filed a complaint with Oregon AG, they agreed to give some money back. Thought it was behind me, then the fool files with Small Claims! At arbitration, he had nothing, had to pay my filing fee. Total loser

Watch out for this one people, total bait and switch. I was referred to them by a trusted community…read morebusiness owner, he said they were good. I went to the web site linked to the business and found it helpful and easy to navigate. I called the business, spoke to Doug , he recommended a tire for my vehicle. The price on the web site about 152.00 for each tire, I then asked for the out the door price and it sky rocketed to 1015.00 That's over 100.00 to mount and balance each tire. I asked him why the price went up so much, he said he did not know who put those prices on the website, and he would make no money at those prices. A very poor answer for an obvious bait and switch operation. If you go to the other big tire shop chain in town, there is clear transparent pricing, showing the price for each step of the purchase, exactly what everything costs, nothing is hidden. I guess that on the coast you can get away with doing business like that, not so much anywhere else, you would be out of business soon. Caveat Emptor

Something was going on with my brakes. I had just replaced the back ones, but was told that they were locking up and the E brake was locking up... I paid almost 700 including 2 hours of labor.. only to have my brakes lock up again a few months later. I called to see if they could look at it again and was told that they couldn't get me in until they end of the week... I parked it for a week, because of frustration with absolutely no intention of taking it back to this place the other day I took the tire off just to see what was going and what I found was unbelievable and honestly made me sick to my stomach. Those are not new brakes And how the hell did that take 2 hours?!?
