After a quick Google search we realized we had a short amount of time before our truck would probably stop running from a dead battery/toasted alternator. We called Coastal Auto Performance and Issac said, no problem, I can be to you in 10 minutes. In no time at all, Issac had the problem confirmed, parts ordered, alternator replaced, and we were back on the road. Honestly, no words to express our gratitude. The level of professionalism, incredible service and speedy repair was 10+ out of 10. Thank you so much!

He was to take me to the airport in Portland the following day. Rick grabbed his diagnostic machine and went to check the truck. We are immensely grateful to Rick for taking the time to check it out being that it was a potential safety issue and we would have had to make alternate arrangements immediately. My son said he will definitely make an appointment and go back for the work. Thank you for the peace of mind on the way to Portland Rick!!

Patrick spent 30 minutes with the starting issue and didn't charge me a dime because he couldn't replicate the problem. He spent an hour checking my power steering and parking brake, told me what it would take to fix the power steering leak, and actually advised me not to have it done yet as it wasn't necessary. He could have just done the work and made over $1000, but he didn't. He couldn't get the cabling for the parking brake, so he gave me a few suggestions for that. He didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis. Patrick is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. If he doesn't fix anything, he doesn't charge you anything. That is unheard of in today's world.
