Our upcoming visit to the islands is just around the corner, our creative & talented seamstress has her own prints but we'd like our own designs to choose from. We've purchased here before (can't believe I haven't done the review!) and Jacqueline actually loved their prints--so did we. The Aloha Shirts were simply fabulous! So here we are again to find more distinctive Hawaiian designs. Today, only "Baba" ("father" in Farsi) was in attendance at the shop, the last time we were here (if I'm not mistaken) was probably before the pandemic. Back then, there were a few ladies working here and were all Pacific Islanders. Baba was friendly & personable. The selection is fairly massive, wall to wall, 2 aisles worth and some on the back wall that were plain (I did not check that back wall!). Pricing? Definitely sky rocketed, just like everything else. It's about $10/yard (the material that's thicker). Hubby needs 3 yards per shirt (XXL Tall). It's a pretty penny, plus the price for custom tailor, that's another discussion lol. Given the price tag, perhaps we will explore other fabric stores (next time) that will accommodate our needs. Plus, when we purchased from the ladies that were here before, they gave us a discount for the amount we paid for the fabrics. Little perks go a long way. In any case, this was a good (learning) experience.

In addition, she interacted with her team to determine exact amount of fabric we needed, gave us a 25% discount and we left with the fabric in less than 30 minutes! Amazing inventory and customer service! Great value for high quality fabric!

I must say I'm really unhappy, annoyed and disappointed with my visit today. I've been waiting…read moreweeks for the patriotic stuff to go on sale (seriously, me and my mom have been looking every Sunday on the app). Well it finally went on sale today!! I went to return something and then browsed the isles to pick out some new items for my red, white and blue decor at home. (4th of July is my FAVORITE)!! What.A.Let.Down. A large majority of the items looked like complete trash. Many, MANY things scratched and scuffed up. I don't want to decorate with crappy looking decorations. A couple items were even ripped (see America sign photo). What the heck!? Who in their right mind would think it's ok to stock that on the shelves? I contemplated taking these items to someone but it would have likely filled the bulk of the cart. I wish I would have taken more pictures but you can see how bad just the few were that I took. Do better, Hobby Lobby. I really hope management sees this.

They had…read morespring items on sale for 50 percent off like plates, stainless steel and glass water bottles, planters, wall decor, wind chimes, toys, and so much more. My mouth dropped wide opened when I saw really good stuff on sale. They even had plain colored t-shirts for $3.25 each. My friends and I spent about an hour roaming around the store. So much to see with lots of options also for crafts. We spotted a section for clearance items where my friend bought plastic water bottles for $1.25 set of 3. So he bought two sets for $2.50. Such a great deal. We were all satisfied with what we bought at amazing prices. Can't wait to go back!

Quality - Excellent, I see other types of clubs stuff waiting for pick up so that tells me he does good quality, and my shirts I got done with my club logo came out awesome. Price - Decent....it can get pricy depending on how extensive your design is. Now, the reason I cant give this place the 5 stars it deserves is because he has failed me on 3 deadlines that the owner himself set for me. All my stuff was suppose to be done on a Sunday, so I came Monday and it wasnt done, Tuesaday and it still wasnt done, Wednesday still not done....now I'm waiting 2 more days. I will prob still use this guy because aside from not completing your items on time, its still good work at a fair price.

Countless hours searching online catalogs and reading reviews. Too many weekends spent running from one boating store to the next fabric store to the next etc. I finally found Romero's this week and within minutes of arriving had been shown so many viable options. Frank didn't stop showing me options even after I had selected a color and I'm thankful for it because I ended up purchasing another color that was exactly what I was looking for. Five yards later and I am on my way home to re-line my v-berth walls. Five star service and endless options both in-store and via sample boards. Head to Romero's for all of your marine, camping, auto, and upholstery needs. I was not paid to make this post nor am I a bot. Just super pleased and want to help the next person stop searching and go get what you need from Romero's because they have it.
